Quick delivery. Beautiful product. The jars with the little applicators built into the lids are so cute. The lip balms feel lovely, not sticky. The pack I ordered has strawberry, chocolate, menthol, watermelon and coconut, and they are all great. The chocolate smells divine and is my favourite, but they are all really nice. I highly recommend these lip balms.

The product is very good and repairs lips within days with excellent results, the product smells amazing even when applied you can still smell the balms fragrance, will definitely recommend this product to others

The packaging is so cute. It did take some time to be delivered and the amount is smaller than expected. But my lips are looking so good now! My daughter loves it too!

I ordered 10 lip balms, the fragrances sounded amazing. When it finally arrived I was impressed with the cute packaging for the price and most of the fragrances were pretty good..a few weren’t quite as described, but for the price they did pretty well with it. They do make it sound like they’re an Aussie company in their ads, but they’re not. Whatever, that’s not a deal breaker for me, but it sure does cut into trust… My issue is the shipping. I paid for it on 14 May and it arrived 3 June. They didn’t bother to accept it as ordered until the 16th. Then, because it’s coming from China, not Australia, there were several days of back and forth on the tracking where it went from warehouses to airports, etc. That’s fine. I thought it was being shipped domestically, it wasn’t, but whatever. The real issue is that once it cleared customs…nothing happened for more than a week. It just sat in a warehouse, presumably somewhere near our house, not getting delivered. Temu is faster. I also ordered things from the other side of the world that were ordered several days after I ordered from honeybalm, that arrived several days before (also free shipping). There’s no excuse. If it were Christmas or there had been some insanely good clearance sale on, fine. It isn’t Christmas. There wasn’t an insanely good sale on. They’re just providing rubbish service. So. I’ll just buy my lip balm from people who care about their customer’s experience in the future. Easy fix. Hopefully this helps you with your shopping plans too.

Amazing product!! The mint is my personal favourite but they’re all delicious! Super hydrating but not at all sticky.

I’m a nurse so the honey stick is great for when I’m at work and not wanting to get lipgloss on my fingers.

Customer service has been impeccable - staff are polite and so helpful!

I’d seen the ads for Honeybalm on the internet and was a little sceptical but thought I’d give them a go. I ordered the SPF pack and I’m so glad I did. The lip balm itself is just lovely, glides on and keeps your lips nice and moist. My favourites are the honey and coconut ones. The little ‘honey pots’ they are packaged in are gorgeous too.
The customer service was very good also, kept me informed of the progress of my order every step of the way.
Very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy again.

Please be careful with this company, they are not in Australia and never were. Manufactured and distributed from China. If you have an issue as I did, they are very helpful in telling you that you can send the product back for a refund AT YOUR EXPENSE to the Netherlands!! Obviously this means you will be very out of pocket. Not advertised on website, only disclosed when refund was requested due to burning, stinging on lips by this time I obviously had the product. Was offered a replacement, really why? Now have 7 silly little plastic pots to be used for no reason at all.

Arrived promptly. Very nifty container. User friendly with applicator storage. Tastes nice. Stays on well and softens dry skin.

I was made to feel that my custom was appreciated and welcome. I didn’t feel like another number , instead I felt important. The products that I have tried are really nice too.

Super, super slow delivery, took 3 weeks to arrive and product very greasy.
It also leaves a bad taste to lips and has no smell, the blueberry and the vanilla smelt nothing like they were meant to.
Plastic application spatula is a complete waste of time.
Threw product away less than a day after receiving it.
Total waste of money.
Terrible service and won’t order again.

The lip balms are great, they worked better than I expected them to. No more cracked lips.
The customer service staff member explained the reason for the delays with my Christmas order & then sent me some new flavoured balms, which was lovely as I’d given the ones I bought for myself away.

I love the products! I purchased 4 and they lived up to my expectations and my lips feel sooo good. Delivery was a bit slow and it doesn't appear to me that this company is based in Australia - they are somewhere in Asia. This is why I am not rating this as 5 stars because I find it strange and shady that you would mislead customers. Just be honest :) You guys do a great product and there is no need to hide the truth.

Honeybalm sent me a complimentary package to make up for what happened to my parcel last holiday. A sweet gesture that I really appreciate.

I ordered a coconut, based on the smell of another person’s honey balm coconut, but the one I was sent smells like soap. Also they are not as natural as claimed, check the ingredients

This product is amazing I have always been prone to dry peeling lips, but since using Honeybalm my lips are rejuvenated soft shining and smooth no bumps of dry sky the products are spectacular. Love love love

Advertised as Australian owned and made. As for the product itself it’s good but the applicator is far too small and just gimmicky.

Gorgeous little tubs and the applicator under the lid is very handy. Better than sticking your nails in! I bought a sample pack for my girls to share but ended up taking a couple for myself. Great quality.
