Never arrived and ordered as a Christmas gift for my daughter

I gave these as gifts and everyone absolutely loved them, family asked where they are from and they were so suprised at the amazing deals you guys have.

Delivery slow and conflicting emails on delivery status. Still not received. If product is good I may up my stars.

ordered 4 balms as Christmas presents ordered long before Xmas they did not get delivered until after xmas . i had to run out on Xmas eve to buy more presents .Now i am stuck with 4 balms ,No email from the company no apology ,no explanation .Just kept sending me emails of other balms i could buy and discounts if i did ,NOT good enough.DO BETTER

Love the product, gave out as small Xmas gifts. Need to improve tracking and customer service however

Everything went wrong! Firstly I continued to get numerous messages saying the bees were busy and my parcel would be delivered between 10-20th December 2024. Didn’t happen! Then a message saying it was delivered when it wasn’t. Then saying the address was incorrect which it wasn’t, so that msge said send an email if not delivered which I did. Now 29/12, no answer to the msge no parcel.

Such an amazing product! Keep your lips soft and moisturised for hours, beautiful presentation and overall amazing product! Makes for a fun useful gift also. Delivery was a bit delayed but I put this down to my placing an order around holiday time! Highly recommend

Delivery a bit slow, (17 days) updates not very informative.

Terrible service, do not order from this company.. ordered and paid for what was supposed to be a Christmas present on the 29th Nov.Tried to contact them several times with no response, still have not received my order on the 28th Dec. Do NOT order from this company

There seems to be a problem with the delivery service, advising items have been delivered when they haven't, and then turning up a few days later. The name Honeybalm Australia is misleading as the product is made in China and shipped from Hong Kong, so I am hesitant to use the product. The company doesn't respond to emails. The packaging looks attractive.

Have not received my product
Email sent saying it was delivered after being postponed...I don't know where it was delivered to as I have not received my parcel.
No response from seller...have emailed to follow up and nothing from them
If I could give you no stars I would ...I have lodged a dispute with paypal

Lovely lip balm which makes your lips feel nice and smooth. Love the little applicator.

No option for 0 star. I ordered 6 packs as Christmas gift. Not received them at all. I have contacted company many times, no response. Sadly, looked like I have been scammed like everyone!!!!

Beautiful product stays on lips for a long time and very light to wear

Update from my pervious review mid-December.

I submitted a review/complaint via PayPal and a couple of days later received an email from Honeybalm:

“We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. After checking with our warehouse, I found that the delay was due to the Strawberry flavor being temporarily out of stock. However, I'm pleased to inform you that your order is now in transit.”

It provided a tracking number - no way was I going to click on that though. But around the same time received an Aust Post notification that I had a parcel ready for shipping from “Zoometer”.

Parcel arrived via Aust Post on 24/12 and it was the Honeybalm order. Packaging was a bit crumpled but lip glosses did not seem to be damaged. Can confirm the box states “Made in China”, but the parcel was sent from Brisbane.

Have opened the watermelon one so far and the case and applicator are very cute. The flavour is more a scent - you can smell but not taste watermelon, but the balm is a nice consistency and lasts well.

I don’t believe at all that one of the flavours being out of stock was the reason for the original non-delivery, and believe it was the PayPal complaint that triggered the order finally being supplied. It’s a nice product but I wouldn’t order again from this company because of the lack of reliability, communication and transparency.
