Before i bought it i asked if its returnable and i ve told not, but i decided to try it anyways, unfortunately it did not work for me at all, my face was all red and itchy and then i started having weird dots on my face, i stoped using it and it went away, good product i guess but not for my face so i just waisted money :(

Hi, Lyudmyla. We’re sorry that our facial cream did not work for you. The products are not returnable because instead of cheap fillers we only put expensive organic ingredients in our skincare. Sometimes Rose essential oil causes little irritation so maybe other cream would work better for you. We’ve never received a concern from you and would love to make it right for you. Please contact our customer service if you wish to try a cream without Rose free of charge.
