I was supposed to be able to unlock my staked coins today and withdraw them, even at a massive loss since the price has already crashed. As usual, that didn’t happen. They continue to unlawfully withhold our assets, even under the very terms they themselves imposed after years of constant changes. When we originally invested, the agreements and contracts were completely different.

The most shocking part is realizing there isn’t even a real staking mechanism or smart contract behind this. The unlocking should have been automatic and guaranteed by code — not subject to arbitrary decisions from people acting as if they are doing us a favor by letting us access what little remains of our funds.

In reality, they simply appropriate the freedom and true ownership that Bitcoin provides, presenting themselves as if they stand for the same principles, just to attract investors. But as you soon discover, they control everything. There is no decentralization, no transparency, and no security — only an illusion they sell while openly stealing from us.

They should all be in prison. Shame on them, and shame on those who keep promoting this scam.

Υποτίθεται ότι σήμερα θα ξεκλείδωναν τα staked νομίσματά μου και θα μπορούσα να τα αποσύρω, έστω και με τεράστια ζημιά, αφού η τιμή έχει ήδη καταρρεύσει. Όπως συνήθως, αυτό δεν έγινε. Συνεχίζουν να παρακρατούν παράνομα τα περιουσιακά μας στοιχεία, ακόμα και με τους όρους που οι ίδιοι επέβαλαν, μετά από τόσα χρόνια και τόσες αλλαγές. Όταν επενδύσαμε αρχικά, οι συμφωνίες και τα συμβόλαια ήταν εντελώς διαφορετικά.

Το πιο σοκαριστικό είναι ότι δεν υπάρχει καν πραγματικός μηχανισμός staking ή smart contract πίσω από όλα αυτά. Το ξεκλείδωμα έπρεπε να γίνεται αυτόματα και εγγυημένα μέσω προγραμματισμού, όχι να εξαρτάται από αυθαίρετες αποφάσεις ανθρώπων που συμπεριφέρονται λες και μας κάνουν χάρη να πάρουμε έστω τα λίγα που απέμειναν.

Στην πραγματικότητα, απλά οικειοποιούνται και προωθούν την ελευθερία και το ownership που σου δίνει το Bitcoin, παρουσιάζοντας ότι κάνουν το ίδιο για να προσελκύσουν επενδυτές. Όμως τελικά, όπως καταλαβαίνεις, αυτοί ελέγχουν τα πάντα. Δεν υπάρχει καμία αποκέντρωση, καμία διαφάνεια, καμία ασφάλεια — μόνο μια ψευδαίσθηση που πουλάνε, ενώ μας κλέβουν απροκάλυπτα.

Θα έπρεπε να βρίσκονται όλοι στη φυλακή. Ντροπή τους και ντροπή σε όσους συνεχίζουν να προωθούν αυτήν την απάτη.

La mia partecipazione al progetto è avvenuta sulla base di presentazioni ripetute e condivise dai vostri sponsor, sia nelle chat ufficiali che durante numerosi incontri Zoom, nonché pubblicamente ratificate in occasione della riunione tenutasi a Istanbul. In tutte queste circostanze è stato affermato con assoluta certezza che il progetto non avrebbe mai e poi mai potuto collassare, grazie alla presenza di un “collaterale” effettivamente versato dagli utenti e successivamente trattenuto sulla produzione maturata. Questi individui si sono pubblicamente presentati come fondatori, advisor o promotori di Homnifi e dei progetti collegati.
In tale occasione sono state avanzate affermazioni che si sono rivelate fuorvianti, tra cui:
- La promessa di un progetto “sostenibile” e pensato per il lungo periodo;
- La possibilità di recuperare l’intero investimento iniziale nell’arco di tre anni;
- L’aspettativa di rendimenti significativi e regolari, presentati come compatibili con il modello operativo.
Se queste persone che si erano pubblicamente dichiarate fondatori o rappresentanti risultano ora da voi disconosciute, si configurano possibili profili di truffa contrattuale o illecita raccolta di capitali, con potenziale responsabilità civile e penale.
- L’art. 640 c.p., comma 2, punisce chi, con artifizi o raggiri, induce altri in errore traendone profitto con altrui danno, infatti Il vostro modello operativo diversamente da quanto ventilato, si è rivelato basato sul drenaggio dei fondi a favore di una rete di commissioni multilivello e ha privilegiato pochi soggetti a scapito degli investitori.
Sono stati utilizzati nomi autorevoli per creare fiducia, omettendo informazioni fondamentali sui rischi effettivi, solo un flash sulla vostra disclosure
Sono stati promessi interventi di terze parti (partner, investitori, fondazioni) che non si sono mai concretizzati.
Tali elementi fanno ipotizzare la sussistenza di truffa aggravata.
Mi domando perché non abbiate disconosciuto formalmente questi soggetti sin dalle mie prime comunicazioni. Il vostro silenzio rafforza il sospetto che la loro presenza fosse funzionale al disegno complessivo del progetto.
Alla data odierna, interrompete la comunicazione — che, di fatto, non c'è mai stata — senza fornire alcuna reale analisi delle vostre condotte e senza dar conto della progressiva svalutazione del token e dell’investimento.
La vostra strategia di non operare negli Stati Uniti appare coerente con il vostro modus operandi: in assenza di trasparenza, audit, legalità e report sottoposti al controllo delle autorità competenti, preferite operare in contesti più permissivi, ventilando rendimenti astronomici, a cui puntualmente segue la sparizione sistematica dei fondi.

Former projects (XPro Group / Xera Pro / WeWe Global etc.) are now rebranded under the name Homnifi. It is a continuation of the same people and structure, just under a new name.

After being exposed by several scam-tracking websites (such as BehindMLM), they transitioned to the Homnifi brand. Part of the Homnifi offering is the NodeK device, which is supposedly used to “mint” the cryptocurrency they promote – the LayerK token (LYK).

Although the branding is now different, the business model remains the same: they sell you a device and hope, promising passive income, while payouts depend on new investments.

Unfortunately, I myself became a part of this false “profit minting” scheme.

Homnifi is yet another re-branding of Liracoin/WEWE ecosystem (Liracoin > WEWE > TBE > Xera > Homnifi). These constant re-brandings are done on purpose to mask their illegal activities. The token they promise you will mine (LYK) is yet another re-branding of WEWE's LFI/cLFI token. It is absolutely not worth buying their minting machines because LYK is a token that has no value in the cryptocurrency market and it is a token that continues to lose value day after day (just check any cryptocurrency exchange platform to understand this). It's just a waste of time and money. Homnifi (along with the XPRO ecosystem) is also an illegal ecosystem that exploits the pyramid model (Ponzio scheme) that forces you to spend a lot of money with the false promise of easy earnings. Stay away from this ecosystem.

Bin vor 1 Jahr eingestiegen, damals hiess es noch TBE, dann Xera und jetzt Homnifi, schon nur, dass das Unternehmen in 12 Monaten so viele andere Namen hat, war komisch für mich. Jedoch konnte die Upline gut reden.

Das Geld was einmal drin ist bekommt ihr NIE wieder raus. Es ist unmöglich. Das einzige was du bekommst sind die Rewards. Und auch da musst du Auflagen und Verluste in Kauf nehmen.

Also lass das Geld bei dir!

Total scam. Big propaganda, pyramide schemes and then after a while they make it harder to withdraw, then no withdraw at all and then you cannot even log into the system.

3 Migrationen, viel Geld verloren, grosse Umstellungen immer wieder und an das Geld das drin ist, kommt man nicht mehr ran. Abzocke und Betrug. Einmal drin wird es echt schwierig Geld wieder rauszubekommen.
Wunder leider immer wieder vertröstet und getäuscht. UpLine drängt einem immer mehr Leute reinzubringen und wenn man sich weigert wird man rausgeschmissen.
