Terrible company using every trick not to refund you
Contacted them about a viewing and they sent me a video saying I needed to decide if I was going to take it as they had viewings up until 2pm. I put a deposit down by 4pm that day as they requested, but after viewing the area later I didn't feel safe and asked for my money back.
I didn't sign any documents and they didn't request any from me. They were not registered with an ombudsman or redress scheme at the time so I was unable to complain to anyone and returned £500 of the £600 deposit after 3 months when I threatened them with court action.
