HomeWise Appliances Arvostelua

I used the Homewise Parts service, via Ebay, to replace the glass in an oven door. The service I received from Homewise Appliances was second to none - a stark contrast with my previous attempts to replace the glass. It was great to be able to speak to a human being on the phone, which is much more efficient; Phil and Nick were both extremely helpful, making sure that the item spec. was correct, that it was in stock, and that it was shipped quickly. The item was received in less than 24 hrs, perfectly packaged, and at a very competitive price. Thanks again, I will definitely recommend Homewise to friends and family.

Excellent experience.
Easy to order on the website.
I received a phone call from Homewise confirming delivery through a third party company. Unfortunately we experienced a a failed delivery but Homewise called and reorganised on our behalf.
No complaints at all!

Ordered a Teknix induction hob. Arrived with additional packaging/ boarding to protect its item. Package clearly marked as handle with care glass.Price was best around and delivered within time frame by 2 man team.

Highly recommend super price's fantastic deal

Good ordering experience, delivery was reasonably quick given it was just after new year and a weekend and they called me to check I was around to receive it.
Item was as described, no problems.

Great communications, exceedingly helpful and a company that go the extra mile.
Thanks Nick.

All Good great price great service great people, will use again, and again Thank You

I liked the delivery experience, delivered on time and efficiently. Didn't like the fact that my fridge freezer has a fault and have to have a day off work for the manufacturer to come and repair the item.

Great customer service, really happy with my Purchase. Nick was very knowledgeable, unfortunately he’s a united fan.. that’s the only negative.
Would definitely recommend purchasing from here.

Really friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Delivered on time and completely hassle free. I was made up on the prices for the two appliances I purchased. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great service, very helpful, I discussed what I needed and they recommended the prefect solution. I will use them again!

After a kitchen extension renovation, all my white goods were supplied by Home Wise. Delivery was quick, fitting was efficient and all packaging was removed when job completed, Mark Evans is very knowledgeable about all the products and even shown me how the appliances worked.
Thank you to the HomeWise team

These guys are so friendly and professional. A great experience and the prices are very competitive. Just brilliant.

Very friendly helpful staff, very knowledgable and best prices around, these guys are my go to. Always a great experience from start to finish.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great products at discount prices. I purchased an integrated frost free fridge freezer and a zanussi built in double oven. Showroom on site was great so I could see what I was actually buying.

First class
Great customer service will carry on using homewise in the future .

I was looking for a kitchen appliance package for my new kitchen and was working to a budget. Mark advised me on all the makes and models and provided me with a package that was great quality and at a huge saving on the RRP.
