Ordered Green Moss velvet cushion 45x45. I am absolutely trilled with it colour matches the settee and it just is stunning. Looks expensive and it is such lovely material.

I am very happy with my purchase from Home Twist. The product quality exceeded my expectations, and the customer service team was responsive and helpful throughout the process. The item arrived well-made and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend Home Twist to anyone looking for quality home decor products.

Product Discrepancy & Poor Service; £10 Refund Offered Only After Holding Them Accountable"
The cushion covers are attractive and the duck egg colour is lovely, but the product did not match the premium expectations created by the online listing.
The more disappointing aspect was the customer service. It took three attempts to have my concerns taken seriously, and although a £10 goodwill refund was eventually offered, no apology was ever given. The responses felt defensive and dismissive rather than customer-focused.
A refund is appreciated, but good customer service also requires acknowledgement when a customer has been disappointed. Unfortunately that never happened.
Based on my experience, the product was acceptable, but the complaint handling fell below the standard I would expect from a company selling premium home furnishings.

Tolle Kissenhüllen, tolle Stoffe …
Nachdem ich schon einmal Kissenhüllen bei Home Twist bestellt hatte, habe ich mir diesmal 2 Kissenbezüge nach Maß schneidern lassen. Auch die sind wieder toll geworden. Der Kontakt war freundlich und auch der Versand ging flott. 5 Sterne von mir!
