**UPDATE** - Following Home Treats' response to my original review, I want to clarify that the issues raised remain unresolved.

Home Treats has since emailed me, but rather than addressing the concerns in my formal complaint, questioning their claims or explaining what has happened, they simply asked me to confirm which replacement parts I require. They completely ignored the points I had raised, including their claim that they had issued me with a full refund.

Home Treats also stated in its original response that it had been trying to contact me, I have received no phone calls or emails from Home Treats attempting to resolve this matter. I find this claim particularly frustrating, especially as I have seen other negative reviews where the company appears to make similar statements about trying to contact customers. I can only speak for my own experience, and no such contact has been received by me.

Even more concerning is the claim that I have been refunded in full. This has absolutely not happened. I have not received a refund, and B&Q has confirmed that it has not refunded me either. B&Q is still trying to obtain the necessary information from Home Treats to get this situation resolved. I would therefore like to know on what basis Home Treats publicly claimed to have refunded me.

For clarity, I purchased a three-piece furniture set through B&Q on 16 September. The bedside table runners were missing, one of the chest of drawers' drawers was chipped, and the replacement runners subsequently sent were incorrect. I reported the incorrect parts immediately on 6 October, and I have continued to be left waiting for a resolution.

Rather than acknowledging these failures and addressing my legitimate concerns, Home Treats has made claims in its public response that do not reflect my experience, and its subsequent email has failed to address those claims.

I believe customers deserve honest and transparent communication. I have no issue with a company responding to a negative review, but I do have an issue with claims of contact and a full refund when neither reflects what has happened in my case.

My complaint remains unresolved until the correct replacement is sent out, and I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled.

Ordered a 3 piece bedroom furniture set from B&Q consisting of a wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers. One of the drawers on the chest of drawers has a chip in and there were no runners sent out for the bedside table, so I am unable to use this. I emailed B&Q to sort this out for me, Home Treats then finally sent out the runners that were missing, but they were incorrect and do not fit on the drawers. I have emailed again since then and I have still not received the correct runners. The entire thing is pathetic. People spend their hard earned money and expect a decent service.

I ordered a shoe storage unit via The Range and manufactured by
Hometreatsuk (Doodle Ltd), having found one piece missing plus one extra similar piece having been packed in its place.
I contacted The Range via email at 2pm , who then contacted Hometreatsuk Ltd (Doodle Ltd) regarding this.
I received a message plus photograph of my missing piece packaged and ready to be shipped out to me at 4pm and I received this today less than 20 hours later! now THAT is customer service at its best!!

Awful company for many reasons, including fraud. I ordered an item through B&Q. They cancelled the order the day after I made it, stating that the item was out of stock. This is false- the item is still in stock they just increased the price by 50%. They also did not notify me that the order had been cancelled- I received zero correspondence from them. I have tried to ring them, you can never get through- they leave you an option to leave a voicemail but no one gets back to you. Same for filling out their info form, completely ignored.

I had an issue, and the contact team responded very quickly, immediately resolved the issue, with no additional charge to myself. A new item was in the post immediately. They were very on efficient, polite and accommodating.
The original item was delivered very quickly.

We were a little unsure about buying furniture online but had no problems. Everything matched the description and arrived in good condition.

The customer service team for this company have been terrific to be in contact with. Twice a parcel of mine has either been lost in transit or returned and both times I have asked they have explained and resent orders.(I have also received orders from the company on time) All round excellent communication and customer service. Delivery is sometimes a hit or a miss and they accommodated the issue perfectly each time.

Took longer to put together than I hoped but the instructions were understandable. Final result looks really good.

Quick delivery, clear instructions and a very nice finished product.

My order come damage in space of two days they offered me a replacement or a refund I selected replacement just waiting on the parcel great customer service.

Bought 6 packs of wood flooring from b and q, not knowing they were from this company. They turned up wednesday and decided to start laying on Saturday, my day off. To my horror all 6 boxes had chips out of the corners and after opening all 6 there were only 8 boards usable. I contacted b and q who said to contact the company, I did and this was over a week ago, still no resolution to a refund or replacement wood flooring with 6 boxes of unless boards in my house, a room stripped ready to be completed and furniture every where. The company doesn't seem bothered about resolving my issue so made a complaint to B & Q. Fo not use this company.

We ordered flooring from this company and, after laying it out on the floor, realised we were short. We therefore ordered an additional six pieces online, following the same process as our original order.

Unfortunately, when the additional flooring arrived, we realised it was not the same laminate as the flooring already laid. Our builder also confirmed that the two products do not connect properly. We contacted the company and asked them to send the correct flooring.

Bearing in mind we had already waited almost two weeks for just six additional pieces to be delivered, it is extremely frustrating to now discover that they have sent the wrong flooring yet again.

I am still waiting to hear back from their customer service team regarding when the correct flooring can actually be delivered. Their response times have been appalling, and trying to contact them by phone is virtually impossible as they never seem to answer.

Unfortunately, the quality of the flooring itself has also been very disappointing. We have already had pieces where the wood has chipped away, which is unacceptable considering the price.

Overall, I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from this company. The customer service has been extremely poor, communication is frustratingly slow, and the quality of the flooring has not met our expectations.

I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved and, at this point, am extremely disappointed with the whole experience.

Bought 2 curtain poles from Home Treats, although they were not the best quality I can't fault the customer service I received from this company. I received replies to my emails promptly and was given a full refund so I can't say anything negative. My experience was top notch.

Purchased 2 curtain poles but once delivered my daughter wanted some different ones.
Manage to get a refund really easy and no return necessary.

I ordered some wall panelling which arrived very quickly I was very pleased with them but unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size return was dealt with very quick they actually phoned me to sort the return

Got a call the day of delivery to say that the van had broken down, however, the items would be transferred to another van and would be delivered later on that day. This was exactly the case. Great service!

Easy to put together. We have an allen key tool with the furniture which made it much quicker, I imagine a normal allen key would be more fiddly and time consuming but all went together well. Do not tied the nuts too much until all the nuts are in place for each item.

Looks great in the back patio area and we're really pleased with it. The rising table is a great feature and easy to use (as long as there are 2 people to put it into the 2 different inserts).

Overall, very happy with purchase and excellent experience with the delivery drivers as they took the heavy boxes to the back patio of the property ready for assembly!
