They have locked up my payment information. I cannot delete it. Thieves. Trash. I will call them. They are going to be sorry they answered the phone.

This place is a pandemic hoax. They are scum of the earth - exploiting people's fears, taking our money, and never sending the product. I have three orders from the summer that remain unfulfilled. Multiple calls and emails go unresponded to. Whomever raised the owners of this scam did a horrific job. Shame.

They continue to charge and send no product. I finally got tired of no phones being answered and no email responses so I involved my bank. They respond once the bank gets involved so they finally sent incorrect product and now refuse to take it back or refund my money. So my bank put a block on them charging my account. GET YOUR BANK INVOLVED BEFORE THEY SUCK YOU DRY!

Buyer Beware. Once you place your order you will receive the 1st one and anything after that you will be charged and will get nothing. Since June, I have paid for 5 orders and I have only received 3. Customer service is a joke. They will answer the phone (sometimes) but provide little to no help

This company is a scam that continues to charge my credit card and will not answer the phone or respond to emails. Avoid at all costs.

Just like all the others. It's a scam company. Do not use. They keep charging me. I have sent many emails (BTW, you can only email to cancel an account per their instructions). Not a single response to any emails. They have charge my card multiple times. They have not shipped product. Stay away, it's just an old fashion scam.

Pegler replacement bathroom tap ordered, easy to order and very reasonable price. Notified of delivery progress and received within few days. Now I'm just waiting for the plumber to fit them - fingers crossed they work okay.

Never received my lysol spray they put me on auto pay and ripped me off do not use this company

This company has zero integrity, of the 4 items I purchased in bulk, 1 set was delivered and it took over 2 months to receive that. I have not had any success in getting them to refund my money or deliver my products. Purchase Date 8/5/2020. Review Date 12/01/2020. Find anywhere else to spend your money and you will do better than spending with this company.

I sighed up with this scamming company October 14 th , I was happy the have Lysol sprays , I placed my first order of 6 sprays and their shipping was too pricey $15,99 and and then they charge you $3,99 for membership, which I tried to cancel from the cart and I wasn’t able to remove,
Package came in was happy, now THIS PAST FRIDAY THEY CHANGED ME $70 for the same order of the Lysol which I DID NOT ORDER, BEEN CALLING THEM NO ANSWER, PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY SCAM PEOPLE

This company is awful, I've been charged for items, but never received them. You can't contact them, every time you try, you never get a reply. How can I stop this company? My next step is the BBB. I'll have called numerous times to no avail. I've email as well.

Fraud alert! Charged for items but never received and cannot contact anyone! No matter what time I email support, I get a notice that I have contacted them after hours! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Did not want to give any stars..they deducted money out of my account, never sent the products, poor customer services, when I asked to cancel and thought my subscription was canceled, then they shipped all 6 orders at one time and refused to refunded my money. Its like they are forcing to take the items...smh never again. No compensation

It took a while to get what I ordered (door mats) but they answered my question about delivery and I got my order with everything intact.

I have mixed feelings about this company. Sometimes I get products from my subscription very late - like a month or more after being charged, and once they charged me for my full subscription and only sent me partial products. After a couple weeks of back and forth, I received a partial refund. I had no issues with my last subscription order, though. I have more products than I need so I cancelled for now. I will say their shipping costs are INSANELY high but it’s pretty much impossible to get Lysol or laundry sanitizer so I just deal with it.

THIS COMPANY ARE THIEVES THE STOLE MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCT AFTER I CANCELED MY SUBSCRIPTION THEY TAKE THE MONEY FAITHFULLY THEN DO NOT SEND OUT THE ORDERS

I would give them -1 stars if I could. This company is a total scam operation. They sell products they know they'll never have. They should be prosecuted for fraud and shut down.

Update: I got this very nice e-mail from someone named Ryan who said they were sorry to see me go and promised me a refund of the most recent charge to my Amex card. Fast forward one month and ... surprise ... the refund has not materialized. So, I filed yet another dispute with Amex and instituted a "merchant block" which will pre-emptively deny any furthur attempts on their part to charge my account.

This is company is a fraud! They took my money and promised to deliver goods, They didn't deliver now they don't want to give back my money! They are fraudsters!
I think we should take it up to the police and shut them down.

I was excited to see that they had Lysol because I could not find it anywhere! Went ahead and took a gamble and got my first supply which was great! My hubby signed up because we wanted to stock up!!!!! He got his first supply as well. This was in June! No shipments for July, August or Sept but we were both charged. $150 plus dollars between both of us!!!!!!!! Also every month was a different charge (off by a couple dollars) I called my bank and put a stop payment which they did and also issued me a credit. Side note, I tried emailing and calling Home Supply NUMEROUS times with absolutely no response before I reached out to the bank! I didn’t take immediate action because they did say the product was backordered but come on after three months of waiting and being charged?????!!!! So now it’s October and would you believe they charged our cards again!!!!!! The bank said once it’s a different amount than the amount they put a stop payment on, it can clear my account 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and that it did! So now I cancelled my card all together and they are sending me a new card!!!!! Yea try charging me again HOME SUPPLY!!!!!!!!! I know this is a long review but PLEASE DO NOT order from this company! COMPLETE FRAUD!!!!! I wish i had did my due diligence and researched them before giving them my debit card info!!!!!!
