I had a problem with my system…
I had a problem with my systemnot behaving. I rang the office and spoke to Lilli and Ki and imeadiatly felt confident that they would sort it out . I am not computer literate but they talked me through what to do to no avail but they then had to send me a new part They sent an engineer (Chloe) who was excellent and fitted the new part . Very quickly the system was up and running again .I cannot praise the company and all the staff too highly Thank you very much Best regards Brian Tidy

Issues with the Inverter quickly resolved.
Following some interruption to our power supply during an electrical installation, not related to the solar panels, our app started throwing up crazy numbers which I couldn’t understand.
I phoned the company up and spoke to Meyah who responded very quickly to the problem and identified possible causes. Within half an hour she had sorted the problem out and normal service has been resumed! Customer service has been fantastic and.Meyeh went above and beyond by giving clear explanations as well as sorting the problem out remotely. I’m very grateful, thank you.

Installation went exactly as the customer service said it would. Dot and panel installation team respected the age of the slate roof and panels went up smoothly with no damage. Chloe looked after electrical installation - explained everything clearly. Neat and tidy work. Could not have been more helpful. Good work HsE Group 👌

Customer service at its best!
Yesterday the app showing the performance of our solar panels came up with a message that said "no grid". I did not know what this meant so just monitored the app which eventually stopped working completely. After 24 hours I phoned in. My call was answered immediately by Lili who calmly took me through some basic checks and patiently waited for me to scramble into the loft. After following her very patient guidance Lili phoned me back within minutes to say that all was working correctly but to call again should there be a recurrence when an engineer could be booked. The whole experience was so reassuring and Lili is a model of an all too rare example nowadays of perfect customer service - thank you!

Great to speak to a knowledgeable, helpful person!
We want our batteries and solar panels to act as an Emergency Power source when there's a power cut. I've had an extended exchange with Jordan in Sales and it's a refreshing change to speak to someone who actually knows about their company's products. When he didn't know the answers himself, he passed the queries on, and then got back to me promptly - not days later!
Such a pleasure to be dealing with a real, helpful person, not a frustrating website or bot! Please keep up the good work!

Ongoing Data Logger issue.
I have had a data logger issue for some months where no data has been logged. After trying to sort the issue myself with no success I contacted HS Energy. After talking to a knowledgeable customer service advisor it was agreed that a technician would attend my property to fix the problem.
The technician arrived on time and very quickly sorted the problem out. He was polite efficient and very respectful of our property. I am so relieved that the issue has been sorted out.

New solar panels.
Had been thinking about having panels installed but never got round to doing it but after speaking to a friend who sang praise of her new panels fitted by HSE she gave me a contact number of David Stock. I rang and he came same day to talk me through everything and discuss what would be best for me. He was very pleasant and did not pressure me to buy. Once agreed HSE quickly arranged for installation and obtained all the necessary certificates . Fitters very excellent. Very happy and would definately recommend.

After contacting HS Energy. Total Satusfaction
After contacting HS Energy we had panels fitted & working really well.
We needed our MCS certified paperwork to give to our energy supplier for payment of energy we give to the grid.
The help we received from this company was fantastic they did everything they said they would & without delay.

I had a help desk call this morning…
I had a help desk call this morning 24/06/26, my contact was called Lili Long.
1, She reset my system remotely - not a straightforward issue.
2. Helped with my online issues
3. Sent me background information to help run the system and using the app etc.
So apart from being an excellent solution it was also a joy to speak to someone so helpful and getting straight to the point as well as solving issues and not waiting 2 days for a call etc.

This should have been written a while…
This should have been written a while ago, but this company have been brilliant from the initial survey to the set up and installation of our solar panels. All of the targets energy wise which we expected have been blown out of the water, to the point our energy bills for 5 to 6 months a year are in the minus. The latest call was regarding a technical issue which Kai has been more than helpful about but I would like to thank the whole team whom I've spoken to when the occasion demanded, who have been professional and always helpful. A great company!

Sheer professional excellence
Having been messed around by Solis for 2 weeks, trying to reconnect to the internet, and tolerating some mildly abusive behaviour as well, we contacted HSEnergy, who installed our panels and did a superb job. Within 10 minutes we were reconnected by a very friendly lady who knew what she was doing. We cannot recommend this company highly enough for their professionalism and friendly manner in all areas we have had dealings with them.

Reset of data loggers after change of wifi router
I needed to reset two data loggers after changing my wifi router. Initially a member of another team answered as all the technical team were busy but they transferred me as soon as possible. Very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything very well. I had further problems the following day with the second datalogger and spoke to two different team members, and again successfully. Great support when we needed it most
We inherited our solar panels when we moved house and found that taking over the ownership was complicated and rather daunting. LILI Long and the great team at HS Energy held our hand at every step of the way. We have now achieved our aim and couldn’t have done it without them.

Stress free and faultless
The whole process of deciding our solar needs, systems and installation was faultless and much less stress than anticipated. Process started with a personal visit from a local sales specialist who demonstrated a relevant knowledge to assist in our decision making without any pressure!
Three weeks after decision made the scaffolding erected and two day later a roofing team and separate electrical team arrived for installation. All the members of the team were professional, polite and proficient . System installed and tested within 4-5 hours. All aspects well coordinated to ensure a very smooth efficient process. I am the first to complain but also first to praise where praise is due.

Great Customer Support from HSEnergy
I had a recent unexplained problem with our inverter, which had switched out, and also with the wifi connection between the data logger and our home wifi which meant that the SolisCloud app registered no data. I contacted HSEnergy technical support and spoke to both Kai and Lili who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After several attempts on my part and with their guidance the problems were overcome without the need for a call out. Thank you both and well done HS Energy for great customer support.
