I made the HUGE mistake of getting involved with these people in June 2026. Do not do what I did. I was told that my book would arrive Monday, June 29, 2026. Monday came and went, no book. I was told it was a problem with the delivery and shipping people. Tuesday came. No book. This was the pattern for the whole week: New Day, No Book. Tomorrow is July 6, 2026. I have no faith in these people at all. I do not expect to get my book at all anytime over the next two months. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!
Let me add here on July 30, 2026, several people with the company have contacted me with apologies and promises to set things right. We will see what the follow-through is, but I believe them. I spoke with an upper level man--I do not remember his name, apologies--and he set about to make things right. I just hung up the phone with Celeste, and she too is working on my behalf. I have confidence that these two will rectify things. The company is lucky to have these good folks working for tem.

We kept you updated throughout the production process, notified you when your books had been printed and shipped, and continued providing updates as we received information from the shipping carrier.
Unfortunately, once the books were in transit, the shipment was affected by delays within the carrier's logistics network during the FIFA World Cup period. These delays were outside of our control, but we understand that waiting longer than expected was understandably frustrating.
We're also pleased to confirm that your books were successfully delivered. While the delivery took longer than originally anticipated, your order was completed, shipped, and ultimately reached you.
We completely respect your right to share your experience, but we also believe it's important to clarify that this was not a situation where your books were never produced or where communication stopped. Our team remained available throughout the process, responded to your questions, and kept you informed every step of the way.
