We would like to clarify that the security deposit is a standard procedure, clearly stated in the booking conditions prior to arrival, and is intended solely to cover potential damages or rule breaches. It is never charged arbitrarily.
All reported issues during the stay were acknowledged and recorded by our team. However, after check-out, damages and/or irregularities were identified that went beyond normal wear and tear, which is why the deposit could not be fully returned, in accordance with the terms accepted at the time of booking.
Regarding the check-out process, an in-person inspection is not always required. Reviews and inspections may be carried out after departure, following our internal procedures. Documentation related to the deposit and its use is available upon request through our customer service channels.
We strongly reject any accusation of fraudulent behavior. We manage a large portfolio of properties and operate in compliance with local regulations and the policies of the platforms we work with.
