Christian Mas and Jose Cintron at home inc are shady people you do not want to work with. If they call RUN. They will offer you what you need to hear in order to get your home under contract, drag their feet through the due diligence process and then get you to sign an extension based on good faith and home inc needling time to “get the deal done” only to find out the only reason they are not moving forward with transaction is because of price which was approved prior to going to contract. I was told the very last day of due diligence, via text message, that they were not moving forward because “they missed comps”. This took them 25 days to figure out and during due diligence when I asked for status updates I was told all is good. Very shady people and company. Please do not do business with them if you don’t have to.

Mauricio is the best agent at Homeinc. He worked so well with me on selling my home. I had a few complications with my home however Mauricio worked with me. He would stay at the office late just to make sure we got the job done. He's patient, honest, respectful, knowledgable, and funny!
