For the past 30 years Homefair Blinds have been installing thousands of blinds a week across the North of England. Our business has been built upon repeat business and word of mouth referrals, as well as through our network of local showrooms. Lovely kitchen blinds

Lovely kitchen blinds, easy process from contacting them right through to fitting. Happy with both members of team I dealt with - one who came to measure (George I think) and one to came to fit (Ethan, I think). Lovely product, friendly and efficient service. Will be getting more in future.

GREAT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH

From start to finish, the service received was brilliant.
The estimator was friendly and on time and the fitter, was such a nice fella.....couldn't do enough for you.

Received a text on the day of fitting giving a 3 hour window and also received a courtesy text off the estimator.

All in all, a quality service from excellent staff members.

Excellent service from start to finish…

Excellent service from start to finish all staff very polite,& Friendly excellent customer service the fitter was very polite efficient cleared all the wrapping away made sure everything was left clean and tidy i would highly recommend Home fair blinds 100%

Poor fitting experience

The initial enquiry and booking with Seaham Branch was helpful and supportive. The Salesman was also very good - straight forward, supportive and honest with pricing and best match of blinds. However the fitting appointment was a different matter - hence lower rating. We were due a fitting 1/6/26. Only one SMS to say be ready for fitting. No time span or update after initial SMS. We had to ring in the end on day of fitting to ask what time to expect the fitter to be told the fitter was off sick and they were trying to find an alternative fitter. They said we should have been contacted but we were not. Very disappointed in this part of the process.

Excellent service

I’ve used Homefair Blinds on many occasions. The service provided from start to finish has always been excellent.
We have just had our conservatory blinds fitted we are so happy with them.
I would highly recommend this company great service and affordable prices.
