Tuve el placer de ser uno de los primeros 20 inquilinos y pasé 3 años muy buenos, destacando siempre al personal encargado de gestionar las incidencias del día a día, junior, julio, jhon y todos los demás muchas gracias, excelente instalaciones piscina, gym, sky bar

Mi experiencia ha sido muy agradable debido a las actividades que se realizan. Por medio de estas actividades he convivido y conocido a mis vecinos e incluso hice amigos.

Nos sorprendieron com un cobro por algo sin documentacion que lo comprobara y a precio abusivo. Hemos contactado la empresa, pero sin posición o solución.

Con la ayuda de mi agente, Nicolo Ballarin, fue una experiencia de primera clase. Estando a miles de kilómetros, Nicolo me ayudó en todo y con mucha amabilidad y profesionalismo a encontrar el piso perfecto y a hacer todos los trámites

Trato inmejorable. Los pisos son fantásticos, muy modernos. Al momento de reservar, tuve una gran oferta de pisos y todos ubicados en las mejores zonas de Madrid. Sin duda volvere a alojarme con ellos a futuro.
El equipo de reservas muy atento en todo momento, incluso en fin de semana.

El comfort de sus apartamentos, equipamiento y la decoracion son de alto nivel. La calidad del servicio depende del account manager que te toque. Mis dos primeros meses fueron mas o menos y el tercero muy bueno. La relacion precio - calidad no es la mejor. En mi opinion, por los precios que se pagan, el servicio deberia ser aun mejor y se deberia poder tener mayor flexibilidad y facilidad a la hora de cambiar un apartamento por otro.

Hacia mucho tiempo que estaba buscando una empresa de alquiler que pueda cumplir todas mis expectativas. Cada vez que he llamado o necesitaba algo, me ayudaron y atendieron muy rápido, con mucha amabilidad y profesionalidad. Me sentía acompañada en todo el proceso desde la reserva hasta el check out y cuando llegue a la propiedad cumplió todas mis expectativas. Me recibieron con un detalle muy bonito, la chica del check in me hizo sentir como en casa y la propiedad estaba lista para usar, no me tuve que preocupar por nada, además que era preciosa y muy cómoda. Me aloje en un piso de Hermosilla en Salamanca. Estoy ya deseando tener que volver a Madrid para usar los servicios de homeclub nuevamente. Gracias a todos por la atención y nos vemos pronto!

Mis padres han alquilado un apartamento hace dos semanas en el cual el aire acondicionado no funciona en junio!

Worst experience ever . They only become attentive when you review the truth about their unpleasant management, i have two similar bad experiences to share both are terrible . Whatever you do take pictures of the entire flat details otherwise kiss your security deposit good bye . Imagine we did that yet they managed to pick old tiny spots here and there in order to deduct as much as they can from your security deposit. Finally a note to mr D : no you were NOT attentive while we were in the apartment nor after we left . You only claim to be attentive so i dont post the truth, which by the way i will on all platforms . And guess what both Sofia and my self have all the evidence of your NON attentiveness .

I used Homeclub for service last year and it was great, but it has went totally downhill. The pricing can fluctuate day to day before booking based on an occupancy rate scale; I am currently in a unit and had to wait over a week for the central heating to be fixed; and now the kitchen sink is spilling all over when I turn it on. The representative asked me to submit a picture after no response overthe weekend. The technician came out today…to take a picture and tell me he would be back tomorrow. The Homeclub representative just sent me an email to cancel the appointment because they have not gotten approval from the owner yet. Meanwhile, I paid in advance with a kitchen sink I can’t use. Gee, I hope the owner approves fixing the sink.

I would not recommend Homeclub and it has been a horrible experience.

I strongly advise against renting from Homeclub if you want to protect your money and peace of mind.

Our experience with this company, and particularly with their Key Account Manager Eduardo López, has been a complete nightmare. When returning our deposit, they initially deducted €600 without any explanation. After questioning this, we were told the deduction was due to a “dirty carpet and table,” which were already in that condition before we moved in.

We immediately provided clear photo and video evidence proving that the carpet and table were already dirty before our arrival. Only then did Eduardo López admit their mistake and agree to return the full deposit. However, instead of processing the refund, he kept ignoring us for two months.

When he finally responded, he suddenly changed his stance, insisting once again that they were right and would not return the money. After we escalated the issue again, Eduardo confirmed that we were correct and promised the refund. That confirmation came two months ago, and we are still waiting.

Every week since then, Eduardo has been emailing us saying that we’ll receive the refund “by the end of the week,” but nothing has ever happened. This has been going on for two months straight.

This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid Homeclub, if you want to save your money and avoid endless frustration.

We are still waiting for our money, and we truly hope that Homeclub will eventually fulfill their promise, as we’ve been unable to get through to them in any other way.

Horrible ,they rent you apartments with constructions next door where you can't sleep at all .
They should be sued and fined by government .
We will try to do.

Rente un departamento en HomeClub obteniendo un excelente servicio por parte de Paula y Eduardo. Siempre atentos a nuestros requerimientos y agiles para darnos seguimiento.

Recientemente estuve en uno de sus pisos durante un mes. El apartamento estaba impecable. El personal muy eficiente desde el momento de recibirnos y muy rápidos al responder a cualquier pregunta o necesidad durante todo momento. Quisiera mencionar a Claudia en particular fue muy amable y cooperadora.

Terrible experience. I do not recommend. Stay away from them. Apartments full of problems, you call asking for help and no support. They simply don’t care about its customers, do not fix problems and disappear when they realize they have to solve a problemZ

Horrible Service, especially for the price charged.
I am staying at one right now and service is much worse than expected. They sell an excellent service, charge more for it, but its actually very bad. I have been at my apartment for 45 days and still dont have lights in my bathroom, my living and my room door is broken. They say they offer quick service - only if quick service is less than 2 months. Really would rethink it if youre staying for the service
