Very impressed with the service I received. Special thanks to James who managed my kitchen business with Homebase professionally and efficiently, and creatively, especially so when he had to deal with production problems beyond Homebase’s control. Friendly and professional service all round. Recommend the kitchen service in Letterkenny very highly.

Best possible service and experience had with this store, here in Dublin, Finglas.
Had purchased several items and didn't realise was eligible for 20 OFF, however next day availed and got even more stuff for BBQ and Garden Equipment. Big Thanks for store managers and to KEITH at Finglas branch who had served me and helped with my orders and findings. Thanks, Farrah

Went into Catford Branch and had excellent customer service. Sold me the last display model of garden furniture and carried it out to the car. Five stars!

I wanted to purchase a garden shed so went to Homebase Altrincham was so impressed by the help I received from two co workers Junaid and Christine more then helpful nothing was to much trouble. Left the store very happy and satisfied with the perfect purchase what I went for.

Really wish I had read some of the reviews about kitchens before I ordered mine. Dreadful customer services when things are wrong. I have ended up with loads of parts which have been incorrectly sent and can't get them to take them back. So wasteful. It is a nightmare being stuck between the company that makes the kitchens and Homebase. The kitchen company recommends one thing, Homebase say something completely different. No resolution to the issues.
Our builders said they have never had these issues with Howdens, parts can get returned easily and are replaced - really wish we had used them!

Went in for a lawnmower today and honestly was brilliant service I received in the portlaoise shop
Recommended the oil as I would have forgotten this and also told me to hold unto my receipt as it was guaranteed for a further two years not a wasted journey

The Staff in Homebase Ireland are lovely and the shop is great and easy to find things. They told us all the special offers and offered to help us with our things. We enjoy going there.

The staff at homebase portlaoise are so friendly and helpful,I am shopping here for over 14 yrs and I always enjoy my trip to this DIY store, love the garden centre and the kitchens are stunning
And you can always grab a bargain

Customer service for online sales is terrible, very rude and unhelpful. Stuff received damaged but still no refund or replacement a month later. Avoid!!

I have to write a review for Homebase Portlaoise, the staff are great & treat you more like friends than customers, Claire, Ger, Colin & Joanne & the rest of the crew do a great job, always great bargains in store as well, we enjoy our shopping trips there.

If you think these kitchens are good value. Do not bother. They look well if you can get them made from the designs. The customer service is terrible, delivery service is terrible and the amount of parts we had missing was not acceptable. Wrong size units, late deliveries 6 weeks to get the missing parts. Lets just say I am going through the small claims court. Once again just don't bother go anywhere else

Two things to bring up:

1. Last week was yet another time when I purchased an item from HomeBase paying full price for a brand new product only to bring it home and realize that was I got was clearly a customer return. Packaging ripped up inside, greasy bits, missing screws etc.

2. The Lucy spotlights have a design issue - fitting the bulbs in is close to impossible. There are feedbacks on HomeBase website related to the same - I wish I read these prior to purchase.

Never again Homebase.

I never complain about bad customer service but I am very disappointed with the lack of service and bad attitude I experienced today from all the checkout staff working in homebase northwood santry I joined a long queue and waited to be served and just as I came to the counter the young child behind the counter walked off and while say he was closed I was left standing and felt very embarrassed i then decided to walk over and join another long queue and just as I got to the queue a very arrogant and rude women started shouting saying that another till had opened as I went to walk over to be served the same arrogant rude woman preceeded to usher a customer who was behind me over in front of me and I was left standing embarrassed again I said what is going on here and I was told that they are under staffed thats it I can honestly say I have never felt so embarrassed and frustrated while shopping in my life the attitude from every checkout staff member is absolutely shocking very rude very unprofessional very cheeky

If you need help with your new kitchen go and see Daniel Millett at the homebase worcester branch , Amazing ideas ,so nice to find someone with a genuine passion for their job , friendly , helpful and very inspiring

I ordered a two hundred pound dehumidifier on 27/123 to be delivered on 28/1/23, it was not delivered rang the store no help at all, just rang customer service to be told it will be delivered 31/1/23, very blase attitude said there is some problem with deliveries as I pointed out that's not my problem but it would have been polite to inform me of this they have my phone number,also six pound delivery charge if bought in store but free delivery if bought on line if spend is over one hundred pounds,WHY,needless to say my last purchase with homebase and other outlets charging 50 pounds less.adios homebase.
