I had a question and contacted the support. The Chatbot couldn't help, so I asked to speak to a human.
I was surprised how quickly I got an answer from one of their employees. The question was answered immediately and the issue could be solved.

Ausser Spesen nichts gewesen
Am 17.12. eine kurze Anfrage bzgl. Kontoeröffnung an SaxoBank geschickt. Jetzt ist der 3.1., und abgesehen von einer automatischen Antwort, dass meine Antwort erhalten wurde, habe ich immer noch nichts von SaxoBank gehört.
Sie hätten mir wenigstens sagen können, wieso sie mich nicht als Kunden wollen.

Nur eine Bestätigung zu anderen Bewertungen. Gebühren sind günstig, die App ist gut brauchbar, der Telefonkontakt verständnisvoll. Nur, wenn der Kunde die 200'000 CHF Grenze überschreitet, ist fertig lustig. Dann ist man einer KI ausgeliefert, die verständnislos und extrem langsam arbeitet. Seit 2 Wochen ist mein Konto für Einzahlungen blockiert. Musste nun auf eine andere Bank ausweichen.

I had trading account in Saxo Bank since 2018…
I had account in Saxo Bank since 2018 and the account was closed due to some missing contact details even though I updated all my information. I was stressed I lost my money but Mr Shivam on support was very helpful helping me out with the transfer. I would suggest that account shouldn't be closed and someone should explain what exactly the bank needs. Hence

keine kommunikation möglich
bis vor kurzem waren die gebühren für mich entscheidend. jetzt weiss ich, dass wenn eine bank von irgendwo auf der welt nur mit DeepL.com mit dem kunden kommuniziert, das aktualisieren der personenbezogenen daten unmöglich werden kann. der telefonsupport sagt einem zwar andauernd, dass er einen versteht, nur bringt das nichts. ganz toll auch die reaktionszeit von jeweils 7 tagen der abteilung zuständig für personenbezogenen daten. so wird das konto nach wenigen wochen eingeschränkt, aber meine frage, was genau die wollen immer noch nicht beantwortet, sondern nochmal die gleiche unklare aufforderung. da zahle ich lieber mehr gebühren bei einer bank, welche den support noch im eigenen land hat, mit menschen, die hier leben und wissen, was es für dokumente in der schweiz gibt, nach denen sie mich fragen können und kein übersetzungsprogramm verwenden. sehr schade, etwa 15 jahre ging alles gut und jetzt geht gar nichts mehr mit der SAXO.
