Very disappointing experience.

I made a deposit, but the money has still not been credited to my account. Customer support keeps telling me to wait, but they have not provided a clear explanation about where my money is or when the issue will be resolved.

I also had to contact support multiple times regarding cashback and other account issues, but the communication has been slow and unhelpful.

I expect a licensed casino to process deposits correctly and provide timely support when something goes wrong. Until my missing deposit is resolved, I cannot recommend this casino.

they say money back guaranteed you have 30 days full refund they do not keep to the policy and make your life miserable because they will not pick up the item and refund you if you keep it over 30 days which is what they are trying to do then you will be stuck with the item as it will then be too late I am absolutely disgusted that even b&Q used these people and cannot help you through receive your refund from this company do not do not use home online ever scientist in order for me like this is amazing my experience wasn't something I have photograph again I think the reason why is because so terrified that even

Disappointing with items going missing and Home on line refuse to do anything to help. The items maybe cheap but when you don't receive it and then left looking to buy it again from somewhere else it works out so much. Not everyone has money to throw way. Won't be shopping with them anymore.

I had the worst experience ever,I ordered 4 throws and 4 cushion covers and I was very disappointed ☹️.The cushion covers came different sizes yet I ordered same size .They throws one was ripped and the other 2 looks so faded different from website.i filled return request same day I received the package,and it said they will get back to me,it's been 4 days no response,so sad .I've emailed the support team
