They are dishonest!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!! I thought I was buying one thing and almost choked when I saw what was sent to me!!!! I called my credit card company and had the CHARGES REVERSED!! POS company!!!

Like other reviewers, I too sent these items of "clothing" back. They shouldn't even be able to call it clothing. Spent $35 to send them back to China exactly as they instructed and the package was returned to me four months later. Complete scam!!!! BEWARE!!!

This is the worst online clothing company I've ever used. they have stolen my money by not refunding me for the items of clothing I returned. I followed their long list of criteria and spent $35 to ship everything back to Hong Kong. They refuse to respond to my numerous emails. it is so disgusting that they are allowed to do business in the US. Stay away from this "company"

Hololady is a scam online clothing store. I saw it on Facebook. I bought through Pay Pal and I could only get a refund from pay pal if I paid the shipping of 55 dollars back to China (my clothing costs were 65). I was going to do it but just assumed the clothes and money would never be able to be tracked. Later, a friend noticed that one dress I thought I was getting was actually a picture from another company. So it appears they steal photos and make cheap copies. Really a bad scene and I can’t find a way to complain to Facebook.

IT IS A SCAM!! It has been the worst experience ever. I purchased several items through Facebook. A total of $335.00 . None of the items looked like the ones advertised. They took months to deliver and each item came separately. I returned 5 items and had to pay $37.00 to ship to China, it has been around two months since I returned it and still waiting for a refund. I didn't know this because their web page is misleading. The material of items were cheap, did not look like the pictures shown on their web site, did not fit. Do not buy anything from this people. IT IS A SCAM!! I waited three months for the last items and when I wanted to return it they said it was to late, that I had to keep it. I will never buy anything on line again, unless it is a known prestigious brand in the USA.

This is a fraudulent website. Do not do any business with them.
They say returns are fast and easy.
But they are impossible.
They offered to refund me 15% of my cost because my cost for the shipping back to China would be so expensive (including any customs charges).

I had a terrible experience with Hololady. I ordered 4 items totaling approximately $90 so that I would receive free shipping and a discount of approximately $25.00. The first item shipped quickly and was similar to the one pictured but strange fabric. Shortly later I received a t-shirt which was very large (I ordered a medium). The third item shipped 3 weeks after the order and I didn't care for it but kept it and the other two items. None of the items fit very well. The fourth item still showed "preparing for shipment". It has been over 6 weeks and I never received it. I tried to contact the company and my account with them no longer exists on their website. I also contacted Paypal and they have been of no assistance as it is the seller's account. I am now disputing the amount of the fourth item with my credit card company. Beware of this company. This is a scam as you do not get exactly what is shown and you probably will not get a complete order. There is also a foreign transaction fee as they are based in Hong Kong.

HoloLady is also known as NoraCora. I agree with the other review by Theodosia. I am experiencing exactly what she wrote about. I paid for my items thru paypal so I at least have some protection. Any items you want to return have to go back to China when they send you their address which they don't post on their website. I didn't get the address until starting a claim thru PayPal. Hololady will offer to refund 25% of your money instead of having the hassle of posting back to china. The clothes run very small and I am still waiting for some to show up after ordering weeks and weeks ago. When you try to correspond with the seller, you never get an answer. I only did when I escalated my claim thru paypal. Doing business with Hololady is just too much work and a big waste of money.

This is a scam website. What they show is not what you get, that is if you get anything. They charge your card, but you may not receive anything at all. My experience was through a link on Facebook. I bought 4 items for over $140. I was very careful to read all the details before I placed the order. After a while, one item arrived. It looked pretty close to what was shown on the webpage, though I was disappointed because the fabric was different. Even though I didn't care for it, I kept it, waiting for the other items, so I could return everything at once if I needed to. I didn't want to have to pay shipping for each item individually and I wasn't sure if the other items would be ok. A week later another item arrived. The fabric was different from what I expected, but I held on to that too. Both items were of a silky rayon like dress lining material not a cotton blend advertised and shown. I still didn't have two dresses I ordered, but they said they were enroute. I waited a couple more weeks and contacted them again. Their webpage said dresses were shipped. Then they told me that actually one hadn't been shipped, and they didn't know when it would be available. At this point, 15 days has passed from the time I received the first item, so I can no longer return it. Since they hadn't shipped the other items, I told them to cancel both dresses that were still outstanding. They did cancel one, but instead of cancelling the other, they said they reshipped it. A week later I got a package with a return address in New Jersey. It was the blue cotton blend dress w/floral embroidery and braid that I ordered. Except it wasn't. It was a fabric printed to look like flowers and a design to substitute for the braid, though it didn't even look like braid, it was some sort of black and white geometric line on blue rayon fabric. No cotton, no embroidery, not at all like what was shown or described. It like a cartoon version, literally. I contacted them again, w/no response. I contacted them again and told them I was sending this item back to their New Jersey address. They then contacted me and told me I would have to return it to China at my expense. Ok, so it's shipped from New Jersey, it's not what I ordered, and I have to pay to return it to China. Oh, and it has to be there in 7 days. I don't think so. At this point I will contest w/my credit card. Unfortunately, after I dealt w/this company I found out that they are part of a bunch of companies w/the name chikv (that's the name on the credit card charge). They are part of a shady group that has been reported as scammers. Do not buy from this website. Do not buy from any clothing website or discount website on Facebook. You will not be protected, they are not vetted and you will lose time and money. I had another incident w/another company on Facebook, that one closed down the website, and changed their name on Facebook still selling the same items. I expect Hololady will soon change their name, just like they did with their other stores Rosegal and so on. Buyer Beware.
