Knowledgeable but slow

When I had to phone and speak to them they were helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. The main problem is that I ordered next day delivery and two days later it still hadn't arrived. I had to phone them, they didn't bother to phone me and explain that they didn't understand my colour specification. Then the following week they gave a different excuse about their tinting machine. They also said they'd refund the Next Day fee but they never did. I'll still use them given they stock the paint I need
But waiting 6 days for next day delivery was rather frustrating.

Great product & great service

Always a great service.. easy to order & lovely paint for painting furniture!
Just wish there were test samples as choosing a colour can be a bit tricky with a colour chart! But otherwise a great product!

Brilliant on line paint specialist they…

Brilliant on line paint specialist they phoned to ensure when stock was not available (discontinued) on my order to phone me to enquire whether the stock they id have left in satin would still work for what my decorator needed to do - that is customer service, knowledge and respect for their customers - for specialist paint they are the go to

Fabulous business

We have been using Holmans for years to supply paint for our small business. The website is super easy to use. Delivery is super fast.Any problems are quickly solved and very rare. I highly recommend using Holmans for all your painting and decorating needs 😊
