I recently attended a Trauma Release Exercise session with Bhavya, and it was a truly powerful experience. Bhavya was incredibly patient and supportive as she guided us step by step through all the exercises, ensuring we felt safe and comfortable throughout the process.

Her calm presence and clear instructions made it easy to trust the process and allow our bodies to tremor naturally. It turned out to be a deeply cathartic experience — I felt lighter, more grounded, and surprisingly relaxed afterward.

The session I had with Bhavya literally blew my mind .Within few minutes of our conversation she took me to a place , where I was usually feel hesitant to show it outside . The process she made me do , immediately made me feel lighter and felt like a mass disappearing from my head. It was truly Amazing . Talking through relationship highs and lows with Bhavya was immensely helpful. It enabled me to voice my experiences, thoughts, and feelings in a safe environment in which I knew I wouldn’t be judged. Bhavya is someone I could trust; someone who I knew was in my corner and wanted only good things for me. She helped me identify my strengths and weaknesses as a partner.
