I entered mediation not quite sure what to expect, Sushma was kind and reassuring throughout the process and very knowledgeable. She also understood that we were working on a budget and didn't have endless funds to put into mediation, she helped keep sessions to a minimum and made sure we prepared before hand to maximize our money. She provided a calm environment to discuss some difficult topics and instantly put me at ease, it was great to be able to do it remotely so that sessions could fit around work / family life. Sushma's approach has had a positive impact for us as a separating couple and eliminated any conflict. I have nothing but praise for Sushma's practice and I would highly recommend her services.
