We had a very nice Vespa, made a great tour. De Vespa was ready for take off when we arrived. Before the day we went, we had app contact with someone from the company, he explains everything and helpt us to get what we wanted.

Very positive feeling overall. I felt very welcome and well taken care of when I arrived. I needed three helmets and that wasnt any problem at all. Also I got a good introduction to the scooter. The scooter itself was in great condition and worked like a charm. When i returned the bike the office was actually closed even if it was within opening hours. But I had been instructed that I could leave the bike anyway and just put the helmet in the helmet storage box and the keys in the mailbox. A very flexible and convinient return. Highly recommended!

First of all the guys were very nice and professional. Helpful in every way and doing their best for your comfort. Secondly the experience with the scooter/ Vespa was incredible and memorable which must be done. For this experience I sincerely recommend them.

We rented a Vespa 125cc and it was really nice! We went from Sorrento to the Amalfi coast and it was amazing. The scooter performed perfectly and everything worked well!

An excellent experience. The service and attention were very good. We only wanted to rent for an afternoon and ended up doing it for 2 complete days.

We rented a Vespa 125cc for going to the Cinque Terre cities close to La Spezia (where we lived). Claudio reached out to us in advance to confirm the order and to assist us if needed. The communication with him was good.

When we arrived at the pick-up point, we could not find Holiday Scoot. The reason was that they use third-party partners, and we were not informed about it. The shop was closed and they had forgot about our booking. We had to call the partner which did not recognize our booking. The man came down to the shop and after some time we could sign the papers and get the scooter. The speedometer was broken, so we could not know what pace we were driving at. In addition; the driving gear was well used, but it was okay.

Claudio was helpful during the whole day, and the guy renting us the scooter was also helpful with the itinerary and tips regarding the Italian traffic. Delivering the scooter was very easy, which was very positive.

Summarized: the whole experience was alright, but with some inconveniences during the rental period.

Great company, easy to arrange plans with. The Vespa we rented was in great condition, and seemed brand new. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Myself and my wife used the Vespa to explore the whole
Coastline and town areas from Rapalla to Portofino with ease. Very affordable and all around a great experience. Communication was also excellent and we were able to stay in contact before pick up, during our day and after drop off.
