I communicated with Serena throughout our reservation process at Villa Tramonto over the course of many months. She was always responsive in a timely manner and was able to answer any questions I had regarding our scheduled visit. I was grateful for the communication since I was the point of contact for my whole family. The end result was a memorable vacation in an outstanding and beautiful villa. So thankful.

I stayed in Villa Osservatorio is a great vacation rental that lives up to its listing. Relaxing and quiet with wonderful grounds.

We had the most memorable and exciting experience at Villa Monarca this past September. It all began with a warm welcome from Serena and Gabriele who greeted us with warm warm open arms.
The Villa is absolutely beautiful and this was our second time at the Villa.
Serena and Gabriele were very attentive to our needs and always thee in a moments notice if needed.

We had a truly beautiful holiday in Italy this summer! The premises and location were perfect. From the moment we arrived, Serena was just wonderful! Serena was very responsive throughout the whole process of getting us the right Villa to stay in lovely Tuscany. She is very knowledgeable and her attention to detail made our stay that much easier. We had a memorable two weeks.

We had the pleasure of staying at Castello di Fulignano for two weeks with our two children (11 and 8). Not only is this a beautiful villa, with incredible facilities, views of the local area and the beautiful town of San Gimignano, it is also managed by the wonderful Serena.

Serena made us feel so welcomed and was so extremely helpful when our original travel plans didn’t work out. She went above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

It’s the people and experiences that make holidays good or bad. Without question, our two weeks here was one of the most perfect holidays, largely due to the incredible hospitality of Serena.

Villa Montevizzano is a lovely place to stay in Tuscany.
The villa is well furnished and comfortable, the pool is fantastic and it has the most spectacular views. The sunsets are amazing.
It is owned and managed by nice people who keep the villa in lovely condition.
Located near the small village of Palaia it is within close driving distance of all the major tourist sites in Tuscany.

Spent 10 days in Tuscany in the Villa Belvedere Montevizzano Palaia with my grown up family. Lovely house wth great views across the countryside and mountains. Peaceful rural location but provided a good base for trips out to surrounding areas including Pisa (drive to the car park for the Pisamover) and Florence (San Miniato- Fucecchio and take the train), car essential. We really enjoyed our holiday

The most amazing Villa ever! Thank you Francesco Barone. This is not our first time renting a Villa in Italy. This has been by far the most incredibly wonderful experience that we could have imagined. The accommodations were fantastic, beautifully decorated, plenty of hot water (unlike our last villa experience); fabulous pool that is perfectly cared for and perfect for a casual swim or laps; convenient to the most delightful town, Lucignano, convenient from the airport in Rome (2 hrs, 15 min) and finally you have arrived at Villa Tiadoro. Use your phone for directions since it is nicely tucked away.
You cannot imagine how relieved we were to find such an amazing rental after our last experience. We were greeted at 10:30 pm by charming Ma Ma who is just delightful. We were met the next morning at breakfast by Anna, who became our translator for Ma Ma and answered our many questions.

The business side of the rental was handled by Serena and so well done and extremely professional and an impressively painless experience. Book the cook with Serena early on for a wonderful gastronomical experience. You have the choice of both an indoor table and an outdoor table. We were thirteen in number and so both tables accommodated us. It is a fantastic hidden gem convenient to wonderful Lucignano, Sienna, Arezzo, a wonderful town we had never before explored, and of course, Florence and many other small towns that are worth seeing. We far prefer the location of this rental compared to our previous villa experience that was near Florence.
We rented this Villa during one of the hottest weeks of the summer and were thankful for fabulous air conditioning in each room that worked perfectly.

If you prefer to cook, there is always the large kitchen. We were so happy here that we decided to eat in a few nights and enjoy the pool.
We are recommending this amazing Villa to all our friends who enjoy traveling. If you have any questions, ask Serena to forward them to us and we will happily respond.

Our extended family of 9, who stayed at the villa in the second half of June, thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Our hosts - Sabrina, Massimo, Agnese and Guido - were most welcoming and attended to every need we had. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

The villa is extremely comfortable and well appointed, including comfortable air conditioning for the very hot days. It is beautifully situated in the Tuscan hills, with a lovely swimming pool overlooking those hills. The location is extremely convenient for day trips to wonderful towns such as Siena, Lucca and San Gimingiano.

The detailed binder provided by our hosts included a wealth of information about the surrounding area, wineries and restaurants to visit, and so many helpful details.

We would definitely love to return!

All 14 of us just finished two wonderful weeks at the villa. I highly recommend this villa to any large family. In addition to the rooms being large and beautiful the villa is air conditioned. Very important in the summer. Cristina is a wonderful host and lovely person. Torrita di Siena is a nice town without tourists.

My family had one of the greatest vacations ever at Villa Spinelli, South of Siena: Montepulciano & Pienza area. Our visit was Saturday, September 25 - October 2 2021. Aside from the COVID complications planning the vacation, it was flawless. Everyone was very accommodating and helped us navigate every aspect of our time in Italy. I can not provide a higher rating. The villa was magnificent and exceeded our expectations, which were very high
Serena Brachi was fantastic and worked with us through several postponements due to COVID travel restrictions. She was fantastic. I would / will work with Serena again when planning our next trip to Italy.
Clarussa was also fantastic. She met our group when we arrived and made us literally feel at Home. She prepared a beautiful gift basket (understatement) with fruit, cheese, wine, meats and bread. What a wonderful surprise after our drive to Tuscany from Rome. Serena also recommended Niccolo to be our guide. I rented a Villa in Tuscany for one week from the Company that Serena worked for. Serena became my Italian contact. She was the answer to my prayers. I was in constant contact with her through email and WhatsApp. Every time that I had a question or a concern, Serena would always politely listen and then promptly get back to me with an answer. She even recommended guides and chefs that we were able to hire. I couldn’t have had a better Italian contact. She was a godsend. As a result, we rented the Villa that she recommended and I took my family there for a wonderful week in Tuscany. Everything was even more beautiful than we had expected. We would certainly contact her again if we were planning another trip to Italy

Serena is truly a joy to work with. She is very attentive, responding promptly to any questions or concerns regarding her properties and the rental process. It is obvious that she sincerely wants her clients to love their vacation experience with “HolidayinItaly” ! We’ve already booked another villa with her for 2023 !
