Our multi venue trip to Thailand was an amazing holiday. Reached out to a few travel agents and we plumbed for Holidays Dukes. We were not disappointed. Isabella our agent was very helpful and always happy to make changes and updates to make the plan better and to fit our needs. Not pushy sales techniques which was very welcome. I am a details person so I was pushing for updates a lot but I got them upon request. Sometimes a bit too relaxed but all was sorted when required. The deals we got plus the good service meant we had a pretty amazing holiday at a good price. Very happy.

We recently travelled through East Africa & the holiday was arranged by Arthur & colleagues We had an amazing experience, especially visiting the countries where I was born & my husband Thank you for arranging a superb holiday which was well planned

Very satisfied with our east africa trip. It was very well organised considering we were a huge group with various personal needs. All our needs were catered for professionally.

We booked a package holiday to the Maldives with Holiday Dukes for five people, due to commence in late March 2026. The booking was formally confirmed as a Package Single Contract Sale under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (PTR 2018). Our flights were cancelled due to regional conflict in the Middle East. What followed was months of correspondence before we recovered our money — and only then through a Section 75 credit card claim rather than any action by Holiday Dukes.

During that process, Holiday Dukes: cited “Flight-Plus ATOL rules” as the governing framework for our booking — a legal category abolished in 2018; attempted to retain amounts varying between £500 and £1,000 of our money in supplier cancellation charges, contrary to our statutory rights under PTR 2018; issued a settlement offer containing a clause designed to extinguish our statutory rights under the same regulations; and provided four contradictory refund timelines, none of which were met.

Our statutory right to a full refund within 14 days under PTR 2018 was never honoured. We eventually recovered our money through our credit card provider. We have active complaints with both ABTA and the Civil Aviation Authority.

We would strongly advise anyone considering booking with this company to pay by credit card and to familiarise themselves with their rights under the Package Travel Regulations 2018.

Just booked a dream safari with Kimberley. She was very patient and answered all my questions to ensure the holiday was everything we required and were happy with.

Amazing experience by Arther from Holiday dukes. Handled and organised everything well. It takes a lot to take care of a big group, smoothly done. Highly recommended. 10/10

Arthur at Holiday Dukes pulled together an excellent East Africa itinerary for group of 28 people.

The attention to detail was incredible, with combination of several internal flights and hotels.

Arthur and his colleagues at Holiday Dukes are professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

I would be happy to recommend their services.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a multi centre trip to Thailand, so I submitted my enquiry to holiday dukes. I was contacted by Daniel who was both polite and efficient. He planned my trip exactly as I ask,and gave me a price that I am more than happy with. Nothing was too much trouble and I'm looking forward to my amazing holiday

I have just booked a holiday with Daniel he was absolutely amazing so helpful patient and very efficient, after being a former travel agent myself i was very impressed with how Daniel handled my request.
Thank you very much Daniel for your patience

Absolutely fabulous service from Olivia. I made a massive error not checking year of holiday. Thought it was next year but booked for September this year. Olivia sorted the problem out with ease whilst I was panicking. She is a credit to the company and we cannot wait to go on our holiday (next year 🙈🤣)
Thank you Olivia if you can see this

Just booked bucket list holiday to Dubai/The Maldives. Expertly handled by Skylar the Senior travel advisor who was able to deal quickly and efficiently with any queries and tailor made a great package for us. I highly recommend Skylar & Holliday Dukes. Let them arrange your dream holiday for you.

Iv been sorting a trip to Thailand island hopping with tour agent Skylar, she has been brilliant giving me all different options of flight times, dates and hotels !We had a budget to work to and she’s got exactly what i asked for, flights, 5 different islands, 4* hotels transfers and 16nts of it!! Can’t wait!! Thanks Skylar 👍

Olivia our contact has been excellent throughout the whole process. She looked at several different holiday packages for us over a week or two. We are excited for our holiday and trust it will all go smoothly. We did have a price increase in-between the time it took us to decide but I guess that's not Olivias fault.

Great experience with Daniel who made booking trip to Bali so much easier than other all changes we wanted to make did this really fast and kept in good contact with us throughout the whole process
Highly recommended

Just back from an amazing 3 weeks island hopping in Thiland.
Thanks to holiday Dukes for organizing.A few hic ups along way but considering the amount of transfers/ flights hotels we required was to be expected and was easily rectified.

The ease of chatting with Olivia via watsapp made booking our holiday so easy. She was extremely helpful and was quick to reply with any information I needed. Great service.

Olivia was very helpful organising my perfect dream holiday for my 50th birthday
