Holidaydukes Arvostelua

Victor has been my travel advisor whilst sorting out my holiday. I haven't been the easiest of customers, due to a cancellation, then rebooking a holiday, trying to negotiate the right flights and the best hotels for me was a continuous process for a while. I can't fault this company at all, and really appreciate everything that Victor has done to finalise my holiday. A massive thank you, Victor.
I will definitely recommend this company to anyone 😊.

Skylar at Holiday Dukes has been very understanding and accommodating with our requests. We booked on the 28th July for 1st of November to Thailand for four of us so looking forward to what seems to be a fantastic holiday Holiday Dukes - so far so good

We will definitely be booking with Holiday Dukes in the future. Our experience was so smooth and faultless. Perfect relaxed getaway with no issues at all. We are already saving to return to the Maldives. Our agent (Kimberley) was professional, patient and very knowledgeable. Her communication throughout was first class. We have recommended Holiday Dukes to some of our friends and work colleagues already.

Got in touch after seeing them on Facebook. Skylar messaged me and sorted everything.

Nothing was too much trouble, even asked if there was an occasion being celebrated. The holiday was designed to our spec, everything we wanted and it was no problem at all.

Communication was professional yet friendly, and updates frequent.

Can honestly recommend them, especially Skylar for booking a holiday.

So far, so good! Worked with Arthur this week to book an extended family trip to Thailand. He was extremely responsive, even with the many questions from all of us. Booking process smooth, holiday looks to exactly match our needs. Hoping for same great service throughout the process.

We’ve had such a fantastic experience booking our family holiday to Thailand with Holiday Dukes. A special mention has to go to our consultant, Arthur, who has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

Arthur was extremely attentive, helpful and professional, always quick to respond to any questions and made the whole booking process feel so easy and stress-free. It’s been lovely knowing we had someone so helpful there to guide us along the way.

We’re so excited for our family trip to Thailand and would 100% recommend Holiday Dukes and Arthur to anyone looking to book their next holiday. Thank you so much for all your help! 🌴✈️☀️

Arthur helped us book a family holiday and worked well with us. We would highly recommend him.

Really struggling to believe this is a legit company. Booked a holiday to the Maldives over 18 months ago. We are due to fly out in less than 3 weeks and still havent received any confirmation of flights or any paperwork. Countless messages sent on different platforms and still nothing. Really hope this isn't a scam!!
UPDATE...
After posting this review I received a telephone call from a manager called Darren who gave me the information I had requested. Little did we know that they dont send confirmation of flights until 1 week before departure as no one had volunteered that information. Funnily enough though, I have now received said confirmation and hotel voucher. Thank you for your assistance 😊

Just wanted to leave a review from our experience with holiday dukes. They were brilliant ! Daniel booked our holiday and couldn’t have been more helpful , always messaging to see if we were ok , relaying holiday information and pick up times always at the end of the phone. We had one of the best holidays and couldn’t have done it without holiday dukes amazing highly recommend and will definitely be booking with then again 10/10 👌

Just booked a multi island Thailand trip for 2028!
Kimberley could not have been more helpful. We WhatsApp’d our request and she put together a great itinerary for us. We were then able to personalise the trip with our preferred hotels etc. Nothing was too much trouble. She responded quickly and professionally to our numerous questions. Really happy with the booking process, now looking forward to our holiday.

We reviewed a holiday ad on Facebook and it seemed to be a really good deal. I contacted holiday dukes with a preferred airport and dates of travel through whattsapp. The response was very quick and all changes were implemented with no fuss. Thanks Oscar Bek for helping us to book our safari beach holiday. We can’t wait to go. 👌😁
