Use this company at your own risk
I had a very poor experience and from what I have seen and from the communication that I had with the company all the negative reviews are truthful and ethically questionable sales tactics are used.
I was able to get a refund but I had to push very hard before I was given a refund.
I would advise people to avoid this organization the stress you will endure is not worth the savings you will potentially make.

Expect your flight to be rescheduled and huge price increases . Big fight to get money back but it can be done .
Initially Id have given no stars if I could .Do not use this company . My son booked a flight from Gatwick to Hong Kong only slightly discounted from other airlines . He used my uk phone so I got involved as calls came to me .Waited for confirmation email but instead received a Christmas Day call from an Indian call centre ( despite London office and phone number )My iPhone highlighted that call was a probable scam which wasn’t a good start
Caller informed us that first part of flight was confirmed Gatwick to Doha but unfortunately second leg to Hong Kong had been rescheduled by … 2 days ! Please would he confirm acceptance of this delay asap .
Due to work commitments this wasn’t acceptable . The operator proceeded to sound pleasant and helpful whilst delivering bad news ,offering alternative flights at an eye watering increase on incorrect dates and or routes . Every excuse under the sun for fare increase , eg you are now upgraded to the main cabin ! ( I hope original seat wasn’t in luggage hold or going to be strapped to the wing plus you may now take a suitcase. I checked Qatar airline don’t sell seats without basic luggage allowance so a complete nonsense ) . Cost quoted for new flight almost doubled . My son didn’t need luggage allowance so just requested ANY equivalent airport or route to original destination on the correct dates but they could not provide this . . They Refused to refund my son’s money just offered a credit for a future flight which he didn’t need . In desperation he decided to accept the initial 48 hour delay at Doha .Operator then said unfortunately if second leg of original flight was unavailable then the first leg of flight would also be cancelled so actually he couldn’t accept the delay, ie it was never an option …So Why did caller initially ask him to confirm acceptance asap then ?.
Eventually to try and salvage the trip and after several stressful Christmas Day phone calls my son accepted a flight part way to Hong Kong ( terminating at Doha ( yes we were worn down by their relentless scam alternatives ) with onward transit at our own expense ..until staff member actually tried to dictate word for word what we needed to email him in order to secure the latter flight ie that we were completely satisfied with the service and would not seek to take any further action against the company and its inability to honour the trip originally paid for with UKholidaycart.net .
That was our breaking point and my son refused to write what holidaycart employee was dictating and the latter got very upset with us and said he could no longer offer this alternative if we wouldn’t comply . Incidentally the company was STILL advertising the identical fare and route my son originally booked despite telling him the deal was no longer available ! so clearly more customers could fall foul of this offer and lose their cash too. The London office phone number reroutes to Edinburgh then to India . I now won’t be seeing my son and we have cancelled our plans , the company refuses any refund . just be warned and avoid the stress I ve been through and give them a wide berth .
26/12/2024 update :
Following considerable effort from my son and myself using company house London to identify director , and informing Holidaycart of our intention to involve bank , Indian cybercrime hotline and police ect an extremely polite and helpful customer service manager arranged an immediate and full refund . I promised to update my trust pilot review to reflect this . My son’s money has been returned in full as promised thank you . Thus I’ve increased review to 2 stars but I won’t be repeating this experience anytime soon .Id like to be more positive but read the genuine 1 star reviews and you will see this is a well rehearsed modus operandi .

scam!!!!! biggest scam!!! first they will give tickets for cheap then demands for more money. they are the biggest fraud . and only 1/2 indian people receive the call. they are a group of fraud. when i booked my flight they didn’t mention anything about luggage. all of these my flight year i’ve seen this first where luggage is not included which. then they will charge you for luggage extra. even if you want to cancel your booking you can’t. they are not london based. they are just an crook office in india

Fraud service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with holiday cart. On 16 December 2024, I purchased a ticket. Despite receiving confirmation the holidaycart failed to honor their commitment. Attempts to contact customer service were ignored, and my requests for a refund were denied without explanation. This behavior feels deceptive and unethical. I would caution others to be careful when booking with this platform
