Like others my experience was not good. The offer was 10% of net revenues paid once yearly. I would have had to pay £900 towards editing. Those terms are considerably worse than similar better established publishers. Invited to ask questions, when I did so the offer was promptly withdrawn, my questions unanswered. Holand was set up in 2025. It has yet to file accounts. It has two directors. The first is involved with restaurants. One of his companies was compulsorily liquidated by its creditors with substantial debts. Three of the second director's companies were or are subject to a compulsory striking off order. An earlier publishing company he was director of was voluntarily liquidated 3 months before Holand was incorporated. He has now set up another publishing company.
