Last time I booked CDW was not included…

Last time I booked CDW was not included even though it said fully insured, when
I went to pick it up the CDW was more then the hire price!
Tried again today 34/07/26 this time "Third Party Ins" was not included £605 extra. Never again. Can't get in touch unless you use "Whatsapp"

Booking experience was great

Booking experience was great, pricing and inclusions are good value for money. Promo response to my query on one way booking fee that doesn't apply. Hopefully pick up of the car and balance of the rental is the same

Share your thoughts on the support you received
You immediately took my payment and immediately cancelled the booking because you couldn't confirm. Now it take 10 days for you to return the funds, in the meantime I've had to book another car. Will definitely not use your company Again. Beware

flight was cancelled

My flight was cancelled and I missed the pick up of my vehicle and they were still able to modify my reservation. So helpful!
