We hired a 7 seater in Florida for 18 nights and searched around for the best deal. Hola Car Rentals were by far the cheapest. Our car was picked up at Tampa from Hertz. We had a small issue with liability insurance at pick up, however this was all clarified by Hola super quick. Their customer service is the best I’ve experienced in a long time. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so much.

Easy booking process, competitive prices

This is the third or fourth time I've booked with Hola Rental Cars. This time I had an issue with a small non-specified additional charge that was added when I dropped off the car. I wrote to Hola asking for assistance and received a standard AI reply saying that Hola only covers refunds on double charges, etc. so I left it at that and planned to contact Avis (without much hope of getting an answer). Then after a couple of days I received an email from Hola customer service saying that they'd looked into the extra charge and could help me contest it. I was surprised but very pleased by their help, really going above and beyond what they had to. Thank you!

Al momento todo muy claro en cuanto a las tarifas, excelente costo y facilidad para la reservación, hace falta terminar el proceso completo hasta la devolución de auto pero al momento todo excelente.

Lastly, I love the fact that Hola Car Rentals reimburses you for tolls. I received $25.00 BACK! How cool is that? (This ALSO made my $250.00 "Week-Long Rental" ONLY $225.00 on a MINIVAN!)
