Have been a customer of Hokage store for many years and have no complaints. Wish them further success in bringing enjoyable shopping to people's homes!

Hokagestore has very nice clothing, very good anime items, nice & clean. prices are little higher but merchandise also better. Love to shop here!

I cant believe i paid 20 dollars for ONE pair of socks! And it took over 3 weeks to get to me! This site is a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I was able to track my package easily. The package my figure came in was a little discouraging BUT the figure inside was kept nice and in good condition. Very well protected!

Received the order with the package incredibly damaged and poorly wrapped. The figure inside was similarly damaged, but beyond that, was so obviously cheaply made it's almost a joke. Missing items, terrible paint, everything you could imagine was wrong with it.

Absolutely awful, will never purchase here again.

Where in the United States does it take 45 days to get a order. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND OR IM TAKING LEGAL ACTION. RUINED MY DAUGHTER'S COSPLAY AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR A PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED. IVE ORDERED FROM CHINA AND GOT THE PRODUCT FASTER. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM BUYER BEWARE

The sweatshirt is great! Everything was easy to use and understand. My only issue was almost anytime I clicked review photos (so I could view actual people wearing the item), the photo would close immediately. It didn't matter how many times I clicked or refreshed. Only occasionally would it stay open. Please fix! Otherwise, it was perfect.

This store sells bootlegs and knockoff products. Do not spend your money here. They are a middle man shop that does not carry merchandise, rather they just take your money and send the product via a seller on AliExpress. If you want knockoff versions, go to AliExpress and get it for 1/4 the price of Hokage Store.

If you claim to "create the products" as "high-quality replicas", then you guys make some garbage, because the item arrived broken, missing accessories, and horrible paint job. I wish I could post pictures here and show what Hokage Store considers "high-quality". Just state on your website that the items are knockoffs if you are so proud of it.
Anyone providing a positive review, look at the item you bought from Hokage and search for it on AliExpress, guarantee you will always find it 1/2 price or cheaper. That is Hokage's business model.

My mom ordered a hat in November and the payment went through and she never received it. I ended up buying somewhere else for cheaper. This site is a scam.

I ordered some shirts from this store. They came all in one box. Arrived sooner than expected. Shirts are excellent and I am very pleased with the quality and the speed of delivery!

Ordered a figurine for my daughter for Christmas have yet to receive it and the tracking number they emailed to me came back as invalid I agree with others this is a scam

I ordered an Anbu Black Ops cloak along with Naruto shoes. My shoes arrived in tact , and recieved that my Anbu cloak order was cancelled. On top of the dissapointment, i was sent a sweater that costs nearly $30 less than the item i ordered. No REFUND. Did not ask if i wanted a replacement product, they did not even refund me the difference in price. I am disputing this with my bank. First time ordering from them and customer service is a joke, what a dissapointment. No one answers my calls or emails. Basically, i feel like they frauded me with my money!

I had ordered one item before (a little frog wallet) and they gave me the tracking info and it showed up in my mailbox in 15 days and I was very happy. But im really getting concerned that the Naruto hoodie I bought 20 days ago, which does not have tracking information provided, is never going to arrive. The email customer support told me that I would have to go to my local post office to pick up the package instead of having it put in my mailbox however my local post office has no package for me and no way of knowing where it is without the tracking information. Moreover, I have tried to call both customer support numbers multiple times only to have my calls be ignored and my messages to be left unanswered. I still don't even know how to receive my package. I don't want disgrace Hokagestore because of how my first package arrived without a hitch but this experience is very disappointing.
