Heart of England Training Arvostelua 

I have just successfully completed my level 5 ODM with Hoet. I had Tracey F as my tutor and she was amazing throughout, I work for a training provider myself so I had a good understanding of how an apprenticeship should be delivered. The support and teaching I recieved was fantastic and due to my tutor being so organised and adapting to my learning style I passed with distinction!

This college is really good and teaches its students the techniques and knowledge any professional salon would have referring to treatments available. Its a great work environment to be in and you can always have someone to talk to about anything worrying or bothering you. Everyone is respectful and very polite and always try their best when doing a treatment to the clients liking. Highly recommend coming here if you want relaxing treatments for very low prices and just great quality treatments overall.

I’ve really enjoyed studying hairdressing at this college. The course is taught in a way that’s easy to understand, and the tutors are always supportive and approachable, which has helped me grow in confidence. I really like how practical the course is, as it gives me the chance to develop my skills through hands-on experience. The lessons are engaging and well-structured, making it easier to learn and improve. I’m really grateful to the staff for creating such a positive and welcoming environment. It’s made my experience so enjoyable and has motivated me to keep working towards a future in hairdressing.

I really enjoy my experience at Heart of England College because it has been a positive and supportive place for me to learn and grow. The environment is welcoming, and the tutors are helpful and encouraging, which makes it easier for me to stay motivated and confident in my work. I like how the lessons are practical and relevant, especially in Functional Skills maths, as it helps me understand how to use what I learn in real-life situations. Overall, being here has helped me improve my skills, build my confidence, and feel more prepared for my future. I can’t wait to go on my level 3

An inspection of Heart of England Training Ltd reveals significant failures to comply with statutory obligations under the Children and Families Act 2014, Education Act 1996, SEND Code of Practice 2015, and GDPR. Students with EHCPs or high-risk backgrounds are left without access to education, and there is no proper consultation with parents or guardians, a legal requirement.

Staff have been observed disclosing sensitive personal data, failing to uphold safeguarding duties, and shifting accountability onto students for institutional failings, which breaches both the law and the Human Rights Act (Article 2, Protocol 1 – right to education).

These actions constitute systemic neglect of statutory responsibilities, with urgent remedial action required to ensure compliance with safeguarding, legal, and educational duties.
