Wrong yarn sent

Yarn took 2 weeks to arrive (UK Address) also completely the wrong colour yarn arrived to what I ordered.

Hopefully they rectify this because if it takes another 2 weeks that’s a whole month since I placed the order. The colour I originally ordered also now doesn’t have enough stock left on the website to fulfil my order, so all in all wish I ordered from elsewhere…

Excellent value for money

I needed a variety of colours of embroidery floss and wanted to find the best value for money. The Luca-S is excellent quality cotton embroidery floss at an affordable price. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Purchase of Knitting Wool

I am very impressed with the fast delivery of my wool to Australia and the only disappointment was that 1 of 10 balls of wool in the 10 pack was a different dye lot and quite a noticeable difference in colour. Overall I would happily shop with this company again for excellent value and efficient delivery.

Perfect kits

I had been looking at various cross stitch websites and couldn’t find anything that appealed to me.
Then found 2 on your yours and not being able to decide, bought both!
They are excellent and the packing was very good too. Thanks very much!
