Useless pattern

I ordered a pattern which was incorrect and although I emailed a couple of times no one responded to my message so it was a total waste of my money

Trouble with customised pattern

I purchased a customised pattern and the threads to stitch it. There was an issue with downloading to an iPad. I asked customer service to help and didn’t receive any response, I tried contacting again and received the response “ it has been pasted to the appropriate department and they will be in contact”. I’ve heard nothing since. I now have a lot of threads for a project it’s looking less like I will receive.

The Luca's Cross Stitch Projects.

I've received all the goodies in no time at all, beautifully packaged in the Luca's box looking like a box of chocolates :) It was even more pleasing to see the lovely affordable projects I chose to challenge myself with for the time being. Looking forward to do more shopping with HobbyJobby at the beginning of autumn. Can recommend this online shop with confidence.

Pretty picture

I would have preferred that the picture was imprinted on the canvas. It was a faff trying to count all the holes.
The eyes in the needles were too small, so I had to use my own.
However the picture is very colourful.
