I ordered three free patterns

I ordered three free patterns. They were delivered at once but when I opened the pdf files NO KEY WAS INCLUDED NOR ANY FLOSS COLORS OR COLORNUMBERS. I have no use of the charts if I don't know what colors or key are included. Really bad. I have emailed and after 24 hrs I still have no answer from Hobbyjobby.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery. The kit looks good - it is a present for someone so it has not been opened to check the quality, but from what I can see through the packaging it looks good.

Quick and efficient service

Quick and efficient service.
Lovely cross stitch it could be a picture of my dog vinny. I,m blind in one eye so it will take me ages to do this but look forward to getting it done, will take a few months I think.

I ordered two cross stitch kits

I ordered two cross stitch kits I hadn’t used this website before and wasn’t sure what to expect.
But I was very pleased with how quick the delivery was and how well packaged it was to.

I will be ordering from this website again !
