I ordered three things. Many acknowledgements of my order and status were sent to me. Weeks later, a notice said they attempted delivery but were unsuccessful. What happened? No explanation, I asked them to try again and next day two items arrived. One was nothing I had ordered, (60% of the order) and the third item has never been received. Communication has stopped. One item out of three received, not trying that again>

To anyone thinking of ordering from this company i advise you to rethink it. I have been dealing with them since May on my order. First of all i ordered the reciprocating sander and the Grinding pen. They send me only the reciprocating sander, when i notified them they said they would send it right out.....they sent me another reciprocating sander instead. I emailed them once again and they said they would send it right out..........still no grinding pen, i also ordered the sanding pads which i never received. They keep telling me they are sorry this is not how the company works but obviously it is since over 2 months later they still have not resolved this matter and now they are not even responding to my emails hoping i will just go away which i wont. Today i finally emailed them to refund my money for the items i did not receive. Im sure they will also delete these comments which i will save and continue to post anyway until this is resolved.

I only received part of my order, the missing part equalling 40% of the cost. I contacted Hobbyisheavan bout the problem and sent them images of my order. But every time IM emailed them, they went quiet, emailing back month later saying they hadn't receive3d any play. This went on for a few months. No nothing.
The appear to be helpful but be aware, is all smoke and mirrors.

I placed two orders for DSPIAE products with them, and they arrived in just over a week. Quality products. I will order again.

I am unimpressed. My order was part shipped. The first part took two weeks. The second part never arrived. They claimed it had been delivered but could provide no proof by way of a signature or photo. Their response was initially prompt but then went dead when I asked for a refund so I was obliged to submit a claim via PayPal which was successful. Wont use Hobbyist Haven again!

I was a little skeptical about buying from this site as their website isnt the most modern site. But I would get bombarded by ads that sold materials that I really needed so I went the safe route and purchased a few items through PayPal, so in case it was a scam I can file a claim. But to my surprise I got my products! It takes a little longer than usual because most of the materials are from China but they arrived well packaged and as described. So I decide to buy a few more things and the second time around, it gets claimed by customs and I immediately email them about it. They respond quickly and ship me the same items at NO EXTRA CHARGE. My items arrived quick due to express shipping that they payed for. All in all, good experience over all! Will purchase again from them.
