Hobbycomponents Arvostelua 

Ordered 4 x 1000uF 10 volt Electrolytic capacitors on Amazon with this company. Order delivered but contained 4 x 100uF 16 volt Electrolytic capacitors.
I have sent 3 messages to the company asking for 4 x 1000uF 10 volt capacitors to be sent urgently to replace the wrongly sent items. 3 days later no contact of any kind from this company. Extremely Disappointing as I need these to repair a Salus Internet Heating controller Receiver. Would not recommend using this company if this is their modus operandi.

UPDATE: When my package finally arrived, it was in a terrible state. The pins on the arduino shield were bent. So were the pins on the actual Arduino! It had been sent in a normal small postal box, not big enough to avoid damage. The pins had not been protectd by foam.

The website provides a number of delivery windows. I selected the standard free postage option which was stated as 1 - 2 days. That was 3 days ago, the courier claims delivery will happen in another 2 days. So five days delivery. I wrote to the company. They do not respond.
