I needed the truck here between a certain time, in order to deliver to my customer before a certain time but the truck arrived an hour past my request. Other than that, everything was good.

Our Shipment did not arrive when it was supposed to. The truck showed up with no straps, as we requested.

HNRY did a excellent job for us, they were on time for p/up and delivered on time at destination, can't ask for more then that!

had a little hick up in the beginning but the rep came right in to handle it and talk about what had happened. miscommunication on both ends, issue was resolved and have had no more problems since. very helpful and friendly people.

If one is attempting to book a shipment, they need quality information, in a timely manner. In this instance, and only this instance, that did not happen. I was miss quoted in price (actual price was $1100 over what I was quoted), and by the time that info came to light, it was too late for me to book another shipment. Not the best experience this go around.

We didn't realize it was contracted by another company. We contacted YRC. They did not make the first scheduled pick up due to a stop by highway patrol for noncompliance and it had to be rescheduled which cost us another day of hiring crane to load it. Then we requested tarps but the driver said that was not relayed to them.

I like working with Tim and Cinda Mclaud. The rates are very competitive and truck showed up when they were scheduled. The truck load business has slowed some . We will use HNRY again.

Customer service was great to work with, and the driver kept in contact with us directly about delivery times. We received the shipment sooner than expected.

Would have been 5 stars, however, the driver did not show up with a seal as requested. It also took 2 days for the driver's dispatcher to send of the proof of delivery.
