HM Chairs Arvostelua

The headrest may not be necessary when sitting forward - but it comes into it's own as soon as you tilt the chair back!
It is VERY easy to fit on the Aeron chair and is made of the same materials by some of the same people who designed and manufactured the chair - so it is streets ahead of any other headrests for Aeron. Worth the money! I have now bought a couple for my chairs

Bought the Atlas headrest for my Steelcase Leap V2 as there are not many places in the UK that stock these. Very happy with my experience. Shipping was quick and the item had no issues.

Great quality and kind assistance. They even delivered the kit to Japan. Really appreciated!

Great service and communication.

I purchased replacement arm cushions for my Humanscale Liberty chair, and they arrived promptly. The quality is satisfactory—while not as soft as the originals, they're quite adequate—and they fit perfectly. The delivery and service were faultless. Ultimately, only extended use will reveal the durability of the product.

Good technical response and reasonably priced.

Prompt delivery and very happy with the chair, which was as described and fairly priced.

Lovely chair and lovely to sit in watching tv or reading. Big plus our Dachshund does not bother me because he wants more room to stretch out.

Great service, great product.

Bought a refurbished chair. Arrived promptly. When there was a very minor issue Adam from customer services responded extremely quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend

As always, great service! Thank you.

Best customer support ive ever had. Delivery drivers were helpful and brought it into the house and even offered to help me carey it up my stairs.

I couldnt have asked for a better phone experience when processing my order.

Came ontime exactly as they said.

HmAeron came in an amazing near new condition (1 scuff that doesnt need attention, and basic wear and tear like under seat padding needing replaced) The chair's is working wonders for my back :))

Praise were praise is due, thank you 10/10

Very pleased with my chair and Adam was very helpful with guidance and assistance setting it up. Definitely recommend buying from HM Chairs, delivery was exactly as scheduled. Many thanks ...

Chair dispatched within the promised time period, delivered by DPD at the time they promised and chair looks absolutely brand new and is super comfortable.

Chair arrived in a timely fashion and in great condition

Great customer care. I needed help to install a gas lift to replace a broken one and Adam helped me by answering my emails. Thanks Adam!

I recently purchased a refurbished Mirra chair from HM Chairs. There were a few initial hiccups with delivery and a minor issue with the chair, but the support from Adam was genuinely exceptional. He handled everything professionally, responded quickly to both emails and calls, and arranged a replacement without any hassle. Really appreciate the level of service. Thank you.

Delivered on time. As described. Happy. Will use again.

Bought the replacement arm pads for the Humanscale Liberty chair. Arrived in time, decent quality (not as soft as original but pretty good), and fit very well. Basically nothing to complain about in terms of delivery and service. Only time and use would tell whether the quality of item is also good.
