My order was supposed to come within 2-3 days and it has now been 2 weeks and nothing has come. I have tried to contact the company by email and calling them however have not had any response. From reading the reviews now, I have realised that this has also happened to other customers too.
I made my order one month ago and until this day I haven’t had any update, tracking information nor have I received my order, and the company keeps ignoring me.
Great customer services, bracelets arrived exactly how I wanted them.
Very easy to order and quick delivery. The quality is lovely too and a great present. Thank you
I received my package, the bracelets are lovely however there is one mistake, one of the 'E' bracelets should be 'É'. They are presents for my Bridal party in a couple of weeks. I there any way I can get this corrected? I the email address in the 'contact me' section of website does not work.
Very beautiful. The delivery was really fast.
I ordered a bangle....love it, great quality. The company were fabulous to deal with...I has a slight issue, they responded and rectif8ed immediately. I would order from them again and highly recommend.
