Trainer who taught me was good (not sure about other trainers) but the staff is horrible. They are unresponsive and rude.

I had the pleasure of learning from Santosh about ServiceNow SAM Pro. Santosh was always prepared each class. He really knows his SAM Pro! He stops and makes sure any questions are always answered. Be ready to have him be the one stopping to make sure you are understanding multiple times! He helped reinforce ideas and discussions were really great. There was a lot of real world here is how you this us actually used. Here are places to look if something isn't working. Over the classes we went high level to deep dive and Santosh made sure we were keeping pace the entire way. I started the class thinking this is really cool but what?! and by the end, I have a solid grasp and I'm excited to implement what I've learned. I am really happy I was able partake in this learning opportunity and look forward to more training and learning from HKR Trainings.

The instructor was very knowledgeable. Mayuri was an excellent facilitator.

I had no SAM Pro experience and was worried I'd be lost, but Santosh made a huge difference. He broke down complex technical concepts in a way that actually made sense and used real-world examples you’d run into on the job, which helped far more than just reading a manual.
The pace was solid too, we didn’t rush the hard parts, but it also never dragged.

Also, shout-out to the admin team for their top-notch communication from start to finish. Worth the time.

Anyone who wants to enhance their skills can join this institute. The guru who thought Okta here really helped me improve and shine.

I had a very good learning experience with HKR Trainings while taking the Collibra Data Governance course. The trainer explained each and every concept very clearly with real-time examples, which helped me understand the subject in a practical and effective way.
The trainer was very knowledgeable, supportive, and always ready to clarify my doubts.
The support team and trainer were also very approachable and helpful. Whenever I had any doubts, they were available to guide and assist at any time.

Because of this training and guidance, I was able to gain strong knowledge in Collibra Data Governance and successfully got placed in one of the MNC company. I would like to thank the trainer and the entire HKR team for their continuous support and encouragement.

Its a Good Exeprience With HKR Traning Centre, Its a good platform for learrning and for growth.

It was not at all worth spending time & money here,
If you enrol you'll get info only at high level, ambiguity will remain with you forever,
You won't get any thing to practice during the course,
No relevant tools you'll get in your system to practice.
Seems trainers also kinda fake, they may refer to chat gpt, so watch you tube videos and share screens and run fast.
Proceed only if you have any leisure time and want to do some experimentations how the online training looks like, don't expect topic knowledge.

It was good platform to take live classes instead of youtube videos

I completed my Okta training at HKR Training Institute and had a very good experience. The trainer explained concepts clearly with a strong focus on hands-on practice and real-world use cases. Topics like SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management were well covered. The sessions were easy to follow and doubts were handled patiently. I’d definitely recommend HKR Training Institute for Okta training.

They are good, the instructor is very knowledgeable.

There is no zero option so I gave one rating.It's worst training institutes I have ever seen till.After completion of fee payment they will not respond to our messages and not respond for our queries. Without completing the course one final day they will share the docs and declare as completed and asked to go thru recordings even they shared duplicate recordings.
Couple of times I asked but they will never respond.

The best institute for online trainings is HKR trainings,they offer comprehensive trainings in multiple courses designed to help you understand the fundamentals of the platform and develop hands on skills.

Worst scam of all time. Don't trust them. They will not pay the trainer and keep delaying giving false hope everyday. It's totally FRAUD!! Two girls Mayuri and Sofia were in touch with me and I gave my best to train the student in servicenow. Suddenly they stopped classes saying student didn't pay neither are they paying me for the time. I had completed half the course, such a disaster.. It's a scam run by a bunch of fraudsters, liars and cheaters. Don't fall for the TRAP!!

Very bad service and video quality horrible

I enrolled for Salesforce vlocity by paying 25000 inr. They hired one of the trainer who is unable to provide any clarity . Even the course is not completed as per the syllabus provided by HKR institute . I have texted and mailed them but no response. They won't answer you or provide support after the payment. Never ever join in this instutute , you will loose money only and no gain.

When I was looking for good ServiceNow online training, I came to know about HKR trainings.Now I have completed my Course from this institute and it was a great learning experience. The faculty helped me a lot and cleared my doubts.I recommend HKR trainings for best ServiceNow online training.
