Hixtra load test screed on beam & block floor

We had Hixtra load test screed on a project for us. Charlie was great, very helpful and clear with the procedure and necessary test required for us to prove it would meet the design load. Happy to use Hixtra again in future.

Very poor customer service

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received. Initially, I was assured by an advisor that I would receive the results the following day. However, this turned out to be an inaccurate promise. I subsequently spoke with Manager Kevin, who clarified that next-day delivery was not feasible, but assured me the report would be available by Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning.
Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone, I have yet to receive the results, nor have I been provided with any meaningful updates. The lack of communication and repeated dissemination of incorrect information has been extremely frustrating and has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss.
I made it clear from the outset that this matter was both urgent and important. Unfortunately, the continued miscommunication and failure to deliver have demonstrated a serious lapse in service standards. It is evident that both staff and management would benefit from further training to ensure accurate information is provided and customer concerns are handled with the appropriate urgency.
I request immediate attention to this matter and a formal response outlining the steps being taken to resolve the issue.

Plate test for insulated raft foundation

Harry was fantastic and very patient following an issue with the digger used as counter weight.

Pleasant to talk to and kept us updated on each stage.

I’d highly recommended Hixtra and especially Harry!
