Documented Dispute Ignored Since April 30, 2026
Update May 19, 2026:
Despite being informed that my case was supposedly being handled with “high priority”, I still have not received any substantive response or operational resolution from Hispin after more than 15 days.
The only repeated response currently provided through live chat is the following:
“We inform you that we are unable to continue communication via chat at this time. All communication regarding your request must be conducted exclusively by email. This procedure is implemented to ensure proper and structured handling of your case during the ongoing investigation.”
However, emails sent to support also remain unanswered.
Additionally, when requesting contact details for departments outside standard support channels, such as compliance or data protection related contacts, I am systematically redirected back to the same support email address, without any further response.
At this stage, my concern is no longer limited to the original dispute itself, but also relates to the apparent inability to obtain meaningful communication or proper escalation within the operator’s structure.
I will continue updating this review factually depending on whether Hispin eventually decides to engage professionally and resolve the matter appropriately.
I am leaving this review because, despite a fully documented dispute and multiple professional attempts to resolve the matter amicably, I have not received any substantive response from Hispin since April 30, 2026.
The issue was clearly documented and communicated in detail, yet the operator has remained silent for weeks without any meaningful follow-up or operational resolution.
For me, this raises serious concerns regarding:
- customer support reliability,
- dispute handling,
- and the overall seriousness of the operator when facing documented complaints.
At this stage, I can only advise caution to anyone considering using this platform.
This review will be updated regularly depending on whether Hispin finally decides to engage seriously and resolve the situation professionally.
Fair warning to future users: responsiveness and accountability matter when problems arise.
I also believe future users should be aware that this operator appears to have multiple profiles/pages online, including on review platforms, which may dilute customer feedback and make it more difficult to obtain a clear picture of the overall user experience.
For transparency reasons, users should carefully verify which profile they are reviewing before relying on ratings or reviews.
