Disappointed in this company as when my bin was pick up I was charged for the mattress, as the pick up guy told me there was a charge for it that I paid but it was not started in the email like he said It should of need and also they did not say anything about it not being able to be filled above the rim of the bin! It only said it would be charged extra is over 300kg not happy with this m.. very disappointed

Am awaiting confirmation of refund or refund itself as bin could not be delivered to my area. Have called and emailed and had no response. Getting concerned my $694 is gone.

The bin was supposed to be picked up 5 days ago I'm still waiting for it to be collected.They don't answer the phone and they take ages to reply back to messages. I have a house inspection in 2 days what a good look it's gonna be with the rubbish bin still here. I will never use this bin company again.

Fantastic service ontime for drop off and pickup

The bin was booked to be picked up 23-5-22. It is now 29-5-22 and the bin is still in the driveway, blocking car and other access.

Phone calls to the mobile number provided went to a message bank and were never returned. An email to the provider didn't achieve anything either.

I realise that many businesses are experiencing staff shortages etc these days and this can cause delays. However, if the provider had the courtesy to get in touch and let me know if there were to be an unexpected delay, I could accommodate.

Generally the booking of a bin is part of a co-ordinated plan and a disruption to any part has a flow on effect to other parts.

At this point in time, I don't know if or when the bin may be picked up and this delays the completion of other works being performed.

There is clearly a very poor level of communication from the provider.

Would not use again.

never got a response when I tried to contact them. a bin I hired for like 24 hours-(thurs-fri) stayed on my property till the following Tuesday night, I was clearing bulky items in prep for a house inspection that was Tuesday Morning. This is the second time a skip stayed longer then scheduled, last time it was non urgent but stayed for like a week, it was through aus skip bins both times, they like to just leave their bins at your house till they can be bothered picking it up, they are already paid so it doesn't matter to them

Horrible experience. The skip company that got assigned to me weren’t contactable to confirm time of drop off. They delivered a day late and after almost 2 weeks the skip bin is still sitting in the driveway of my old property which I’ve already vacated. Won’t be using this service again.
