Heinz is a kind person and I really appreciated to talk and share my experience. I had interviewers in other companies like TopTal, but the process was impersonal and the folks wasn't kind like Heinz. I could recommend Otter labs for my collegues.

Clarity in what they looking for in terms of technical skills
Heinz was very clear in terms of what they are looking for in a Dev, skills, soft skills and such, I have to highlight the communication with Heinz was very cool, his personality makes you feel comfortable talking in the interview
