Hire Cars in Spain Arvostelua

I hired a car whilst in Mallorca, the customer service and employee integrity totally exceeded my expectations, I cannot praise Paco Cars highly enough.

Super easy to book, solid advice. I have now booked through Martin twice and found it very simple.
Thank you.

The company had an amazing personal touch. Any issue I had (which was no fault of their own) was sorted amicably

The rental company I had the car with ended up making a lot of mistakes and we couldn’t get in touch with them, but HCinS immediately sorted our issue and managed to get the manger at the branch to upgrade us to a better vehicle.

They practically ‘fixed’ my holiday

Can't Recommend Hire Cars of Spain enough. Excellent Service from start to finish. Martin was there to support all the way through the process also managing to get us a better deal at the last minute. 5 Star company and many thanks.

This is the first time we have used HCIS and I have to say they are brilliant very well organised, excellent communication and cheaper than other companies. No hidden extras, we will be using your again in the future and would recommend to anyone looking to hire a car.
Thanks again Martin.

Everything from start to finish was great. No pressure for extra insurance at all when we landed in Spain. Will recommended HCIS to all my friends and colleagues.

Used for two decades, brilliant on price and simplicity of booking

We've used HCIS for years now and go nowhere else, during the nightmare that was Covid and with all the disrupted travel and regular cancellations, the boys handled our bookings quickly and without any fuss. They're always cheaper than elsewhere so save time and just stick with HCIS !!

Very helpful, our second hire via HCIS and again they were extremely helpful and got us a very competitive price. We did have a problem with the return of our previous car and again, HCIS were very helpful and supportive so I have no hesitation in recommending them for your rental car. Special thanks to Martin for all of his advice and assistance 👍

Cant rate this organisation highly enough. Love em. They deliver, no hidden extras, always happy to help and send you notes when the cost of car hire might have gone down to re-adjust if you want to. exceptional

After having two bad experiences with other car rental companies such as Goldcar we honestly have to explain that Sunny Cars really is customer focussed. Via Sunny Cars we had Enterpise (Omar and Edward) as our car rental. We only can say after having 10 times car rental in 12 months that Sunny Cars is number one. Thanks to Sunny and Enterprise: no arrogance / no pushing for insurance again / polite .

I had an excellent experience with Hire Cars Spain for our long weekend in Marbs. It was great to interact with a real person rather than a generic booking tool. The fully inclusive comprehensive insurance package provided complete peace of mind during our holiday and made the vehicle check-in and check-out process smooth and efficient! 5⭐️

My business has a requirement for multiple cars, of varying spec, for varying timeframes. Martin is always really helpful, going above and beyond to meet each and every need. We often need to make alterations at the last minute, and nothing is too much trouble.
This amazing level of service is hard to find nowadays!

Last minute car hire. We contacted them with an urgent enquiry and Martin came back quickly and confirmed all our requirements. Easy process and good price. Would definitely contact them for our next hire. It was a straight forward interaction, which in today's world made for a pleasant surprise. Would recommend.

Martin was very helpful and did everything he could to find us the best deal. We even got it cheaper than first quoted which was excellent.
Really smooth process and will be using him in future.

Thanks to Martin & the team for another excellent service, this is my 4th time using these guys this year, my work is always short notice with travel and if you need a quick service I 100% recommend them

Keep up the good work 👍

Having been impressed by Hire Cars in Spain during previous trips to Spain we tried them out for a hire car in Florida. As always they secured us a great deal and the admin of car collection and fuel policy etc all worked seamlessly. They are definitely our go to supplier now.

Having spent time to find the right hire car package for my party, I noticed that the wrong date ( one day later ) had been sent in one of the many letters sent to them. This resulted in an increase from : 955.41 euros to : 3774.87 euros.
For another enquiry I asked if they could find a deal similar to the one quoted @ £308 which at first they seemed positive about but then said they were unable. I then went back online and after 15 mins concluded a car hire the same for £270.
Don't allow them to waste your time there are far better out there.
Since then Martin states he made a 'Genuine' mistake but fails to define which one. Is it the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th ? He concludes as though it was he who found the errors as if to extract some level of praise when the stark reality is that he failed to observe and act on the initial request given more than a month previous no doubt leaving me in a situation of reduced choice and increased prices. A GENUINE TIME WASTER.
To ask for further information at this stage is an insult. The very first letter I sent detailed the number, gender and age of the drivers to be quoted for. The response from Martin was a quotation that I qualified with him. Only when I pointed out the date error did the tone change and the price escalated 400% with no hint of an apology. He is now trying to further waste my time in order to convince Trustpilot and others that what I am saying is not genuine and that he has not been made aware of all the requirements. Totally untrue.
