Terrible damage claim handling and problem resolution.
Poor communication and unkept promises from sub contractor. Unprofessional helpers that damaged my brand new washer. Claims process of HireAHelper is a joke, they pay damages by the pound?!! What do they think we were moving, Potatoes?? HireAHelper were unresponsive to calls, refused to escalate. Ridiculous. Would NOT use this service again.

Roland, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating it is to experience damage during a move, especially with a brand‑new appliance, and we’re sorry for the disappointment this caused.
We do want to clarify that during booking you chose not to purchase our optional moving insurance and instead selected the industry‑standard valuation coverage of $0.60 per pound, which is why your claim was processed under that rate. This valuation is moving industry standard.
As mentioned in our last communication to you, our Claims Department would still like to speak with you in more detail about your concerns. If you’d like to continue the conversation, please reply directly to the most recent email sent by our claims team so they can assist you further.
