The best place to get your glasses online. First off I get so many compliments on the “Kline” I bought them 3 times because I broke them. And it was all me I fall asleep with my glasses lean on them I’m rough. I had a pair stolen right out of my garage just delivered and they helped me out. I recently got diagnosed with diabetes and chronic stage II kidney disease and my eyesight changed got so much worse in less than a year, so now I have to get lenses switched from a lot of glasses, while I’m on disability so I know they’ll help me. It’s rare to find a caring company like Hip Optical I tell you these stories that they helped me, because they are kind. Now I expect no one to start making up stories to take advantage of their kind nature. Thank you Hip Optical pleasure to keep doing business with you xo

What a shitshow. Ordered 2 pr of mens glasses over 2 weeks ago. Still NO GLASSES. I contact them. They have no answers. I want them to hurry production and overnight them for THEIR mistake. They had everything they needed from me, they just hadn’t made them. At this point it’s a full 18 days since I’ve placed the order and STILL NO GLASSES. I was told they’d be overnighted yesterday and it’s 5pm already and nothing. They get 2 stars because prior orders hadn’t been this horrible. But, I’m done. Never again.

Had been over 2 weeks and still no delivery of simple, single vision prescription glasses (2 pair). What a joke! Never again. Stay away!

I came to the USA (Florida) for only a few days when I broke my glasses. I visited several stores and none of them could make lenses quickly. Everyone said the same thing - you need to wait about 1 week.

But my friend advised me to visit HipOptical, which is located at the Boca Town Center mall. I was amazed!!! They offered me 2 options at once: replace the lenses for my glasses or buy a new frame. And in either case, the glasses would be ready the next day. I didn't really believe it, because I know how sellers work. But yes, they were ready at the specified time.

I really like what they are doing here. They make their lenses here in the States and they do not charge extra for tough prescriptions. I order a very complicated prescription and received it in 5 days by mail. They were amazing and they worked well. It did take me a day or so to get used to it. I saved a fortune and I received quality.

Fast service and super cute glasses that are well-made! The sunglasses are amazing. The tint is perfect and more importantly, no need for contacts when wearing sunglasses :)

Horrible lenses! Do not buy progressive lenses from this place . Very poor quality. I spent almost $700 for 2 pais of glasses. One is wearable the other they screwed twice sending me defect frames, lenses way of the prescription to the point that I thought I was in a roller coaster while wearing it! It made me so dizzy, gave me a headache just trying to figure out what went wrong. Even though they screwed up , they do not offer return label unless you complain and demand it. Stay away from this company! I will never be back!

Background. Wife purchased glasses, was sent wrong frames. Returned and 2weeks later received replacement but now these had prescription numbers etched on lenses. Contact HipOptical. Sorry out of 30 day warranty but if you BUY extended warranty we will fix. Really? I should pay to fix thier faulty manufacturing? I left one star review and was contacted by Hip address issue. What do they offer? BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY AND THEY WILL REPLACE! What a joke of a company. I will never recommend HipOptical to anyone. Ever.

I went in the Boca store, purchased glasses, when they said they were ready, I came in and they used the wrong frames. They remade the glasses and again I went in, and they did not have anyone to fit my glasses to my head. I was in the mall and asked again if an optician was in, NO only on Tuesdays! No customer service! Don't go!

What can I say. The experience was amazing. The styles and quality of the frames convinced me on becoming a loyal customer. There service and quickness on having my glasses ready in two days. Wow…Amazing… Also, I don’t want to leave out the price. $199 for progressive glasses with all the coatings. I’m a customer for life.

These glasses are amazing. Most places sell you standard polycarbonate lenses but they give you a premium lens that is much better than that. The frames are great as well. You only pay $99 bucks and they do not nickel and dime you for extras.

Initially, I loved my glasses & this company seemed pretty good, but quickly my new glasses began to develop scratches on the lenses. The company ‘says’ the lenses are ‘scratch resistant’, but they didn’t seem to be resistant at all & I am careful with my glasses, as I want them to last! Upon reaching out to support within a year of purchasing my glasses, they said they only have a 30 day warranty, so pointed me to replacement lenses. They offer the ‘we’re so sorry’ commentary, but only have the one solution, which will cost more than my glasses originally cost. Furthermore, no response for a week to my support ticket, citing my email was faulty. This company has communicated with me via this email from day one, but now they can’t reach me? Customer service is a lot of lip service, in my opinion and the business model is to literally give away their frames, say they have tough lenses for ‘free’ and when you have an issue with said lenses, suggest you just buy more glasses, instead of repairing what you have. Although the frames are nice, different and attractive, the lenses are not great and customer service is lame.

This was a wonderful experience for me. I'm super picky about my frames and Dayana was a tremendous help. I set an appointment with her and I told her ahead of time the frames I was interested in. Through a Zoom call, she showed me the frames and tried them on for me. She was able to see the shape of my face, asked me some questions and guided me towards picking the perfect frame!! I'm so pleased- it's like shopping with a friend who will give you honest feedback.
