Hipeon Arvostelua 

Bought an advent calendar on the 4th November 2020, chose standard delivery. As would be here in plenty of time. States it takes 1-3 days depending on location. We're in main land England so shouldn't even be a problem. I've tried to call.. the number doesn't work.. I've emailed.. no reply. When you look at the order it still says it is processing.. so they've not even shipped it yet!! Do not buy from them as it appears to be a scam site!! No actual contact details. 🤷

Ordered a camera over 4 weeks ago for 48 hour delivery. Still not received the camera. I have still to receive a refund. Beware.

Haven’t heard of this company b4 but gave them a go and can say very quick postage and best price I found would use these again

Still not arrived! over a week with 1-2 days selected. OK you emailed to say you cant do express on this item because because need a security check, yet took the payment for it (now refunded), I needed it last week hence ordering with express. Also blame covid for the phone line being not in use, why? Surely a phoneline is the one thing that you can still use during covid! An update on delivery would be nice!

Terrible, ordered an expensive camera 3 days ago, paid extra for 1-2 day delivery, received order confirmation and invoice. Not arrived, heard nothing back from my email yesterday and their number on website and invoice says doesn’t exist when I try to call - Now have hassle of having to contact credit card to stop payment - AVOID

I purchased a Theta Z1 camera from Hipeon as it was advertised at more than £100 below RRP. I was dubious at first as I'd never heard of Hipeon before but thought i'd give them a go. I paid extra for Next-Day delivery, although this was last Sunday so expected the camera on the Tuesday. The order went through fine and was marked as 'processing' on the order page. I decided to contact them on Monday just to make sure the camera would be shipped that day, and thats when things got weird.

They cancelled the order immediately, I tried to call them on their customer helpline and the phone number doesnt work. I messaged them and they said they couldnt sell the item to me as lots of people had been returning them so I was too much of a risk to sell it to (!?) I explained that it was needed for my business, sent them a link to my website and assured them I was a serious buyer, but still they said they cant sell it to me. Tried to fob me off with a much cheaper camera which was no good for what I need. Basically a big waste of time which also involved taking out a credit plan which they have refunded the first payment for but not subsequent payments, meaning they would continue taking money for a product I never received. I'm having to ask the credit provider to cancel the plan.

As well as wasting my time with this order, i'm very concerned about the credibility of them as a seller, they have no social media, the phone number doesnt work and many of the links on their website are broken.

Use with caution.

Poor poor delivery. Strange company, this one...very quick on email responses, but I had to chase every step of the way....then they lied about when the delivery was made, as the item is trackable and the pick up date is right on the box! Too much competition out there to bother with this nonsense.

*update* After reading the reply from Hipeon, to clarify, when I checked for an update on my order, they emailed to state my package was posted out on Tuesday the 04-08-20 and I should receive it next day, but the package clearly states it was posted on the 06-08-20. To me, that's a lie, to Hipeon...who knows. Anyway, I'm just stating my experience, and this is an annoying and frustrating company to deal with.

**update** The package states the parcel was collected on the 06-08-20, not on the 4th as you keep saying. It's on the parcel! Either learn from this experience or continue to lose business. For all potential buyers...this is what you will have to deal with, so beware.

Given 3 as I ordered an item and then was told it was out of stock which was dissapointing however they did issue a refund!

I was a bit dubious as never heard of this company but my order arrived as exactly as it said it would.

An excellent company whose communication tone and service was top quality. The product range is extensive and the models and information sheets they supplied were outstanding. Even the packaging was right.

I ordered some Disney frozen adjustable quad skates from you and apparently my payment was not authorised.I had no notification about this until I enquired about my order because it had not arrived on time.By the time I found out about this you had sold out of item I wanted. I have now had to order a different kind of skates which are not Disney frozen ones as they are a Christmas present for my grand daughter. I will not be ordering anything from this website again.
