Hilltopper Electric Bike Company Arvostelua 

I’ve been using a Hilltopper on 2 bikes for 4-5 years. Loved the product. This year I bought a battery upgrade.
Installation was less straightforward and getting support was impossible.
There are no instructions and the only help that I could raise on the phone were non-tech people and robots.

the directions for assembly were absent

Our attempts to get help via telephone were negligible

The hilltopper is perfect for me easy to install works as advertised does exactly what I need just a little help on the hills at 65 I still like to bike but some trails have hills this system works well I don’t use pedal assist throttle only I have been over 250 miles from install battery still fully charged
Company is great to deal with no issues to date customer service followed up after my order was completed to make sure all was good

The Horizon kit is the best product in it's class for the price.
It is easy to install and delivers remarkable hill
climbing power for a 350-watt motor. Also, with pedaling help, I am able to consistently get over 30 miles out of a single charge here in hilly central Maryland. I have installed two of these kits on my bikes. Pete M.

It was super easy to convert my mountain bike. It works great for hills, totally changes going on long rides. I recieved a prompt response to my question about tire size and ordering.

Recently I ordered a new charger it sent to me promptly.

We couldn't be happier with our Hilltopper Discover step-through electric bike! We use the bike daily for hauling our toddler to daycare. Our previous electric cargo bike was way too heavy. Being able to throw a child seat on the back of this relatively lightweight e-bike has been a game changer. My husband (6'2") and I (5'4") are both able to use the bike with a simple seat height adjustment.

The folks over at Hilltopper were super friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend their products to anyone that's in the market!

I've taken my Schwinn Meridian to several private, county,& state campgrounds. Its marvelous. I'm 73 & don't think I've had more fun camping than after installing the Hilltopper assembly. I had to get additional cables as those supplied where a tad short for my trike. I'm terribly glad I went this route. My husband has an Ebike which gets away from him now & again. The Hilltopper is perfect for my needs.

I ordered my Hilltopper sprinter on Wednesday evening and received it the following Sunday. Never expected it to come so soon. I was also very impressed by how well it was packaged. The instruction manual also was written by someone fluent in English. It took longer to install because I no water bottle bracket. This required me to drill some holes and cut them for the screw threads. Otherwise, it was straightforward. I installed this on my trike. It has seven gears but is heavy. Before I was out of breath after climbing long inclines or steep hills. With the sprinter I charge up the hills with no problem. What a blast. This is exactly what I wanted.

Everything needed for the kit to function comes with it. Pretty straightforward install.

I'm 68 years old and the sprinter kit is a lifesaver, I could never make it up over some of the hills where I live without it! I know because I tried!
My order was processed and shipped in a timely manner I wish they would use a different carrier and not use UPS!
I am quite pleased with the sprinter kit purchased, the instructions were simple and straight forward, if you read thru them first before jumping in. The electrical connections are straight forward and foolproof, again read thru the instructions before attempting the conversion!
During installation I encountered one problem, the battery mount would not line up with the bottle holder screw holes, This was due to the location the bike manufacturer chose for the bottle holder and NOT the fault of the Hilltopper! If you have this problem and you are not a skilled machinist (I'm a retired machine tool mechanic and mechanical engineer) take it to a reputable bike shop to have the mounting holes relocated!
I found the Hilltopper Sprinter kit to be everything it is advertised to be and I will be purchasing another soon for my son's birthday.
